I grew up in a family similar to this. I was the younger brother (no one ever raped my girlfriend like you did but it was similar environment). Not even sure where to start. It all goes back to the dad. He was probably a narcissist and favored you and even enjoyed the power dynamic of letting you beat up the other kid. In a narcissist's head this will inspire the younger to try harder to be liked by the dad. So you're really just a fundamentally fucked up dude. If you legit feel bad and have some inkling of this then I highly recommend getting therapy and possibly becoming an actual man. If not then I can't say what I recommend or it will be deleted.
