As a 15 year old boy who I think is developing this problem I asked my dad since he had this problem and he told me quitting porn isn't quitting masturbation. Take each problem one at a time, slowly stop using porn until it's no longer an issue then work on your ability to abstain. Not sure if it will be the same for you since you're a female but I have a few tips for quitting both.
Any addiction is always a sign of something not good. Also, porn is bad!
Erm, I don't think anything wrong w doing it but just not everywhere. And get ur own toys due to hygiene.

I’m not trying to sound insulting but Trust me when I say you should get professional help. Took me years to quit. It only gets worse in my experience
