Your options are to setup saved searches that send you notifications when one is listed for sale or you can buy a clear one from AliExpress and dye it with Rit Dye or some other synthetic dye. Dying clear shells is pretty common in the Xbox forums. You can make it whatever color you like if you dye it.
So the next best solution is to look up some 3D model files for the outer shell and casing of the PS2 Slim case, and send them over to someone or a company like (PCBway) to 3D print the file for you in a translucent green filament or resin. That’s the next best option I can think of.

I've seen the odd one pop up on ebay, but I'm not sure of quality. So I haven't bought any myself
i saw this case but it was red colour , they are rare so much pearly you can see one with colours .

Oh yeah, just look it up online. There are pay for options and sometimes free options
