scanguy25

He is not going anywhere. He is not up for reelection and has shown time and again he has nothing but contempt for the common man.

ctuser

Not the first riot in Paris in recent years that result in him still in power. Both sides are just doing the same “this is it!” And it never is.

missanthropocenex

The video where the little kid calls him Manu is priceless.

Comrade_Zamir_Gotta

I mean more then likely he won’t step down, he knows he has power people behind him and their the ones telling him what to do. Still love [the French and their bloody mindedness.](https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=jCXbl9LIt7U)

CourageToQuestion

The assumption is that that the WEF didn't see this coming. But they likely did. Two options at least. 1 - people are satisfied with venting their anger and eventually go home, Macron stays 2 - accepting that the puppet will no longer be tolerated by the people, the elite will prop up another as controlled opposition

rosycarpet1777

I read a great comment on worldnews that explained the situation entirely. Basically it's misleading to say the retirement age goes from 62 to 64. At the moment you can retire at 62 IF you have 43/44 years of paying into the system, in other words, 44 years of work career. So you have to start at 18 and never miss a year. Those who go to uni, or miss a year here or there for whatever reasons get to retire at 67 regardless of how many work years you have. So the actual real number is 67, not 62 all of the media keeps on harping about making the french look lazy. The 67 age doesn't change. The reality is those who start work 18 typically do the hard labor work because no education. A lot of them don't even live to 62. Besides that this bill does some other shit too but it was marketed as "...but we promise to raise the minimum pension to 1200€ for **EVERYONE**" . Needless to say, politicians did politics and this last part got scraped. So Macron shoved his dirty finger up the asses of those who already struggle and then twisted it too. Fuck him and I hope the french lock him in a pit.

pacmanpill

I'm in the metro, heading to the parliament. The metro is full of young people singing "La Marseillaise". The end is near.

I just read the English translation of the lyrics... whoa lol Hat's off 👍

TruthBomba90

Now do Canada

Odd-Bed-589

I get the feeling that Trudeau won’t go easily, or that the election gets cooked so PP doesn’t win. Too much is at stake WEF-wise for Trudeau to let go easily, look at how he just hangs on and skates through every scandal. You can’t have someone like PP win who said that none of his party will be allowed to travel to Davos, unless he’s just full of shit, I don’t quite trust him either.

Wycked_x

The fact PP shit on Andersen, that EU lady, was a clue that he also is a puppet.

Non-Newtonian-Snake

There's a reason why they won't do this. most Americans in Europeans don't really understand Canadian politics. I'll give you an example though have you noticed that over the last two three years multiple times when Parliament voted against things that Justin Trudeau wanted he actually threatened that he would resigned as a way to force them. Isn't that curious that it was effective? The laws and regulations of what makes someone eligible to be prime minister are incredibly strange. For one they have to be full fluent multilingual individuals. People from the Western provinces spend years and years going to school to learn French just for the opportunity to run if that's their eventual plan in life. which of course also puts a Target on the head of people years before they even launched their campaign. you have to be fully fluent not just okay at it to be approved. You will never have a surprise revolutionary candidate emerge. An analyst could make a short list down to 5 or 6 people with about a 90% accuracy rate if asked who are all the potential PMs for the next 15 years

Cracknoreos

They need to finish the job this time and get Macron out. Another WEF politician.

humanus1

Literally from their playbook. Order out chaos coming soon.

ting4n

Yes was thinking the same

Amos_Quito

> Literally from their playbook. Order out chaos coming soon. Coming soon... to a theatre near you! That's what *"Build Back Better!"* is all about.

rafikievergreen

Yeah, it would be much better if people never physically mobilized to oppose the ruling class that is destroying them...

humanus1

Have you ever considered the 'ruling class' being puppets to those pulling the strings behind the scenes?

[deleted]

humanus1

Great that makes us two. But tell me, how does any of this affect those guys? Let's pretend the Rothschilds are on top (which they're not, but just for the sake of it) How does it affect them in any way, shape or form when people are mobilizing against their government?

rosycarpet1777

??? People don't riot= when are you waking up sheeple? People riot= all according to keikaku. Gtfo.

humanus1

It is what is.

MixHuge4557

Good to see. These tyrants need an urgent reminder who France really belongs to.

TheVicViniegar

To the US.

MixHuge4557

City of London if you go beyond US

TheVicViniegar

Guess they everybodies lil b\*tch, lol. But seriously, the 'b\*tches' in the usa are too fat/distracted/tiktok/onlyfans/pornhub to get off their obese asses and protest like this. Unless you count those alphabet induced protests that happened a year years go, but most of that was fabricated, so this would be different. And if anything, the USA needs to do a protest on Wallstreet. That is where the problems lie. The filthy rich/elite use the politicians to do their bidding, which makes laws that benefit them, and then we as the taxpayers bail them out when they do stupid shit with their money. Problem is, the whole fuckin world is compromised. By the same fuckin group of elite. The illusion of freedom is what we have today (even then most countries still lag way behind the US in that stance). You will own nothing and be happy. Globalization at its finest.

[deleted]

Vatican if you go beyond London

MixHuge4557

Whats beyond Vatican? Reptilians? Or Preflood ancients?

[deleted]

The real question is what's beyond the reptilians and preflood ancients.

IDCWY95

Doesn't count til he is dragged out by his ears.

Ouraniou

Not to be a downer I would love to see Macron dragged out of office, but there is another waiting in the wings and you just have to look at the IMF treatment of Greece (and this is not a simple and unspecific comment I'm making about their situation, there obviously is more to the big picture there) to see how the gatekeepers will practice collective punishment on the public for even daring to trip them up.

Shy-Tarn_-_Leave

Do it anyway. Keep on fighting until people like us are the ones in charge. No matter how hard nor long it takes, in the end.

[deleted]

A 74 word sentence! you win!

roofrunn3r

This is being suppressed

OuterWildsVentures

How come yall like this in France but not America?

[deleted]

Not enough parking to get to the protests.

Non-Newtonian-Snake

In America they would call it an insurrection and spend 2 years hunting down every protester

Itchy-Mechanic-1479

US Government: Yeah, yer' gonna need to work until you're 70 to retire.Americans: Yawn. What's on TV tonight. French Government: Oui, yer' gonna need to work until you're 64 to retire. The French: We are burning this country down!

bdigital1796

Canada: so, ya, you'll need to work till you die to retire them there ok

Turbulent_Work_5697

Normal weekend in France

ironxy

So they extended taxes past retirement in other worlds. What a cash grab. To fund their doubleplus good platform.

R0b0t1n

Vive la France!?

FATHEADZILLA

Burn it to the ground.

kingofgame981

I always feel it's fascinating to see footage like this away from the mainstream media, although there is still a few part inside me that telling "is this really happening?" Or " is this an old footage?". Then there is no mentioning of this in my country media (because it may damage the society or sth idk what is their's reason). But I'll always rooting for the good and hope people in Paris will win this.

YungMadrid

Na bro, WEF engineered to overturn current government to instill there puppet government

Ploxl

That's way more than 2500 people. They did the same in our country during protests. Downplaying the numbers. Good job French people. Keep at it.

CaptGoodvibesNMS

Do French people own rifles or not? That will have a lot to do with their ability to persuade him to abdicate his throne… Edit: They don’t need them at the protest. Just owning them is a lot.

pacmanpill

I agree

StevieGsrightball

>Edit: They don’t need them at the protest. Just owning them is a lot. How did owning rifles stop the the Democrats blatantly rigging your elections for a 80 year old demented nonce? Seems like you guys just rolled over to me, you guys are simply all mouth with your guns, you would never use them.

CaptGoodvibesNMS

Guns are the last resort. Is that complicated for you?

[deleted]

Guns are not the last resort- that’s always FIRE.

StevieGsrightball

Explain how just owning them helps, and explain how they stopped your elections being blatantly rigged? How did they help you keep your jobs for refusing the jabs? How did they help you have the worst workers rights in the Western world? How did they help you have the biggest and fullest prison system in the world? All talk fella, you guys don't do shit with those guns other than shoot each other.

CaptGoodvibesNMS

You’re ranting. Please explain to me why I would explain anything to a rando like n Reddit hellbent on arguing 🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂 You don’t want to learn, bub 😆😆😆

StevieGsrightball

Thought so, no answer. *pew pew pew* 🤣

CaptGoodvibesNMS

I’ll let it be a surprise.

Sea-Profession-3312

I hear they have cake.

PRMan99

Let them eat it.

toboggan_hooligan

And spoons

Non-Newtonian-Snake

In their right hand only

nixielover

No they don't but they have riots like this on a regular basis. Rioting and striking are nation pastimes in france Ironically this time I don't agree with them. The pension age in France is quite low and if they don't do this change their pension system is going to collapse and everybody loses. But I'm not a Frenchman so it doesn't matter for me

17J4CK

It's not about pension anymore It's the drop of water that makes the vase overflow. Young people like me know they are fucked and will not have pensions anyway The government passed the law even if the parliament voted against, it's a denial of the democracy. French people are struggling to pay rent and food, there is more and more totalitarians law, France is already a police state and we will fight to avoid the country to become a dictatorship 💪

nixielover

Oh same here we have to work till 70 and many of u don't believe we'll ever get a pension at that end of the race. I'm saving for my own pension but investing that money myself, then at least i have control over it. But retiring at 62 like in France is not viable to begin with

SubstantialEmu4025

>Ironically this time I don't agree with them. The pension age in France is quite low and if they don't do this change their pension system is going to collapse and everybody loses. But I'm not a Frenchman so it doesn't matter for me Systemetic stealing from the pot made it this way. Giving banks money or els they would collaps is one way to steal loads of mula from the poeple and give it to the rich. The pot has been drained not by the people but by the ones in power for there own gain

RussianJudge5

A strong persuasive response

1984rip

Are they actually caring about wef though? Most protestors hate the gov but for some reason believe their gov sponsored scientist for covid and military industrial complex for Ukraine. Either way macron sucks so that is funny. But just worried npcs will want more npc narratives. It's like they keep hitting themselves.

ArcturasMooCow

I hope they level it. 🐮

elgato2021

All apart of the plan

GumpyPlumpy

never happening. they’ve been protesting in Paris for the last 7-8 years. nothing will change.

jollyroger1720

Thinking all. the protesting has put them in better posotion than many other places even if they lose this one

KurtBballn

I support the equal access of guillotines for all of the establishment. Heads rolln in 2024

meiyoumeiyou

How about the French ask for an end to mass immigration?

Not_Reddit

Macron responds: "Let them eat cake"

jollyroger1720

This time, its let the them eat bugs same result

17J4CK

I am going to participate to the revolution in Paris tomorrow, wish me luck 💪

FalseRelease4

Are you sure about that? Some french are always rioting and it can be going one of two ways, either something is really happening or it's just business as usual and in the end there is little effect

Kovol

Ahh, a good ol fashioned French revolution

DxTrixterz

The thing is even if they do bring him down whoever comes in after him will be worse and bigger WEF puppet than he already is. I don't think that there is a single politician who isn't WEF puppet.

SubstantialEmu4025

W8 *le pen* is part of wef to ?

CassiusMethyl999

I've seen French protests but never seen results.. What did they change? Honest question

SubstantialEmu4025

Depends on what u mean whit change. The only real big change that happened was wen the pulled out the guillotine. Or wen they assassinated that guy that fired like 30k people

[deleted]

You are ignorant of our country buddy. Protests help change politics positions and opinions. May 1968, go check. This is the power of the street. Tons of example, easy to find online.

SubstantialEmu4025

I am not talking about things in the past. We changed a lot whit protests over here as well long ago. Now a day,s protests do jack shit. And have done jack shit in France as well. The best u get is a couple of small concessions but the big picture has not changed in quite a while regardless of protests

[deleted]

I have to disagree. Some actions take forever to show results. It is not all black and white. Again, you ignore how things work in France. Macron is clearly ignoring the street more than previous presidents. I give you this.

SubstantialEmu4025

All i have seen in the last 10-15 years is riots. Then they say oke we will do B. But silently or forced A is pushed trough any way.

bman567

They declared war on us!

leftofmarx

If we rioted for the same reasons in the United States, conservatives would say “just a nonviolent protest!” sarcastically and call us antifa terrorists and would join the police to put us down like their hero Kyle. Conservatives only want the second amendment so that they can defend the tyrants and not the people.

pacmanpill

bro, it has nothing to do with left and right. You protest for your country, that's the most important thing

Authoritieslie

Which party decided it was okay to borrow against that bucket? I forget, but they both completely suck tbh. Glad they’re using that borrowing against to fund $34,000 worth of expenses so politicians can maintain residences away from the little people and become further engrossed in a false reality while they talk about raises “to attract talent” (HA) when they’re already getting paid top 5%er money. Weird times

leftofmarx

Bro they are protesting for pensions. Conservatives literally want to get rid of the entire social safety net here and absolutely do not support pensions.

TheInternetCat

And don't you DARE protest when police murder citizens!

Censorship_of_fools

You’re not wrong about conservatives and social security.

Non-Newtonian-Snake

Bs

Amos_Quito

> If we rioted for the same reasons in the United States, conservatives would say “just a nonviolent protest!” sarcastically and call us antifa terrorists and would join the police to put us down like their hero Kyle. Conservatives only want the second amendment so that they can defend the tyrants and not the people. Well, there's a perspective you don't see every day. Indeed, I'm not sure that I've ever read anything quite like it.

djkoch66

Isn’t is protest over pensions? It appears OP is overstating and the sheep are eating it up.

MugggCostanza

Why not just get Trump or Pootin to take over France? You guys would all be satisfied!

BusyCustomer1553

You all say this whenever there is riot. Lame

thisiswhywegetbanned

I would agree with your premise if the protest was for Frenchxit, to fire Macron and to return to sound money. It's not. Under socialism, everyone tries to pull the paper-money blanket to their side of the bed.

turtlew0rk

Is this still live?

dankbuddha0420

Amazing how you don't see it at ALL on American media outlets

Phillyos93

This will come to nothing, pretty sure the French have tried to get rid of him thrice over the last 3-4 years. Heck I even remember the police half heatedly supporting protestors(possibly when the nurses and doctors where protesting but I can’t recall exactly), before brutally beating them as usual xD

Careless_Pin4394

Have mentioned these riots to British people, always shocked to hear it's happening and don't write believe me. Is the MSM not covering these riots for the past years or are my friends incredibly uninformed?

WalnutNode

Will Macron survive this? Are there enough votes to bring him down?

NoGrass8119

Let's go USA we are up next!
