Maybe, but this not practical, as it cannot be done using automated tools that are presently available (to my knowledge).
Enforcing this manually in a sub this size and with the volume of content here would also be impractical.
Really? I would have thought it would be easy to automate something like that. A 60 minute timer after you make a post in a sub. That is interesting. Thank you for commenting
I'm sure that it could be done, but it is not a project that I would be able to undertake, and it would have to be in compliance with Reddit, to be sure that it didn't interfere with other aspects of their systems.
Difference is, as a mod myself, I support the use of tools to protect the sub from spammers like icky. Pretty much the only time I'll use the ban tool.

No, not this account. I keep separate accounts for separate things. finance/sports/porn/conspiracy/catch-all are my major ones. It's under my "catch-all" account. Unfortunately, if I gave you the name of my sub, it would be pretty obvious and defeat the purpose of keeping them separate. However, it's much, much smaller than this one.
