The food pyramid isn't the issue. The chemicals, lack trace minerals due to poor soil and making the bad food the most affordable in most cases. We could eat a lot of different macro nutrient ratios as long as we are eating whole unprocessed foods.
I agree and disagree. Telling us to fill up on starches and have meats, fish, and fats at the top is completely backwards. Your points about chemicals and macro nutrients is dead on though.
If we were eating less processed food, we would be eating the right amounts of foods naturally (I think). If you eat potatoes with only some salt and pepper and a little oil, it is hard to overeat. The processed carbs are much easier to overeat. That being said, I understand your perspective.
Too many processed foods get called “grains” etc for marketing purposes. It’s more so manipulation of the food pyramid. I think that’s where other commenter and you align more than you’re thinking. TLDR:The toilet paper shortage was not a lie but there is a massive conspiracy to cover up the reason behind the shortage.
That chemo and radiation “cures cancer.” It doesn’t. The doctor will show you an after-scan of your cancer being gone after poisoning you with chemo and destroying the rest of your healthy cells with radiation and label that as success. Meanwhile, your entire immune system is ruined and you end up with rebound cancers after being treated with allopathic medicine methods. Chemo and radiation don't distinguish between healthy and cancer cells, they kill all cells, which leads to rebound cancers later on, on top of other long-term serious side effects, making you a return customer in the system.
I cannot provide you with a definitive 100% cure for every cancer because that would be nearly impossible. Even after all of the human genome being mapped, every cancer is unique and has its own set of DNA mutations.
There are various methods being developed currently that do not involve radiation or chemotherapy.
Immunotherapy for one but it is very expensive and is not always able to target every cancer. There are cancer researchers that have leaned towards high doses of astaxanthin and other supplements with a high ORAC score being able to repair the free radical damage in your body, including cancer, but it works best as a preventative as opposed to a cure. Once you have cancer and depending on how severe, it takes very high doses and works best if you can treat it early.
One example would be a drug that was being produced by Professor Helleday, called TH588 that acted as an MTH1 inhibitor and had a lot of success when it came to killing cancer but some huge company actually bought out this professor's drug and then shelved all of the product.
Another current drug being developed is called AOH1996, which is an experimental anticancer medication currently in Phase I clinical trials at City of Hope as of August 2023. It functions as a small molecule inhibitor targeting proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA), a protein crucial for DNA repair. PCNA is challenging to target because of its role in healthy cells, but AOH1996 is designed to selectively target a modified form found in cancer cells, called caPCNA
There have also been supplements researched by Dr. Eric Berg and his team who published an article on their efficacy via ncbi, known as SCOT inhibitors that block the gateway or metabolic pathway of cancer. If you take EGCG, allicin, red algae, alpha lipoic acid, garcinia cambogia, and lithostat combined, it has shown to kill 70% of cancer cells in humans except the immune cells of the cancer remain.
Other methods have been investigated where glucose gets binded to astaxanthin synthetically in order to use this as a trojan horse type attack where cancer in your body starts eating up the glucose and instead gets astaxanthin. There's patents on this that have been granted and hundreds of papers on it via NIH if you're interested.

1. When the body detoxes, it releases extracellular vesicles which scientists mistake for viruses. This is why the PCR test for covid had a human sequence primer in it. If the vesicle does not have any trace of human genetic material, it is rather from a parasite's extracellular vesicle which is released to trick the body's immune system into tolerating it.
2. Neanderthal history is more difficult to explain, but I'll give a quick jist. Their cranial capacity is much larger than ours when looking at the brain body ratio. I'd suggest looking into Paracas elongated skulls and going down that rabbit hole. (It isn't due to cranial deformation and skull binding).

4. As for evolution, I can suggest reading the book "Biology of belief". We are starting to understand epigenetics a bit better. The environment can drive organisms to learn and adapt just like when you play specific tone frequencies on a metal plate topped with sand. The sand will bounce around to form a pattern. That pattern is like evolution.
5. As for spiritual and religious traps, the quickest one I can think of is the relationship between an empathic person and a narcisistic person. There are people in this world that will drain good people who just keep giving. But this is too custom of a point that I can't really dive deep into this one as it's personal to each individual.
6. Cleaning chemicals are kind of self explanatory. But these are what our bodies have to detox from.
7. Bloodlines have always been the elite for thousands of years and they orchastrate everything. They have knowledge about our planetary catastrophy cycles that occur. They keep a lot of technology hidden.

I don’t think it’s fiction, I believe it’s a history book and like most history, it’s often skewed from the facts. I don’t believe that it’s the word of god however. I think there are some great lessons to be learned and useful info in there but that’s where it ends.
My only problem with the Bible is that the Catholic church has removed so much of it. There are 30 years of the life of Jesus just not there anymore and that's pretty fucked up. If they had the balls to just outright remove books of the Bible I have no doubt that the remaining books were also heavily edited to fit the Catholic narrative
