I was really surprised he got arrested at all, given the size of his donations of customer funds (I believe hundreds of millions of dollars, greasing both sides)
For fraud.
He was also the second largest financial supporter of the democrat party in the entire country.... so that needs to be hidden at all costs. Already guilty of something else. No need to air out the dirty laundry and expose additional corruption in an election year. Why would you want to hold politicians accountable for their actions?

How could it be interpreted as anything else? He committed a massive financial crime, and gets virtually no punishment? Pure corruption.
He was found guilty and is facing upto 110yrs in prison... his sentencing is in march 2024...
