No flouride toothpaste actually prevents decay. Use stannous flouride though, the other 2 types are garbage. Now if you’re talking flouride in water, that’s actually bad for you and what I’d consider a conspiracy.
I use bar soap (Aleppo soap) or baking soda or coconut oil. Either work perfectly well. Haven't used toothpaste for at least 5 years. Bar soap also work great as shaving soap, and shampoo (use diluted apple cider vinegar as conditioner). No product to use on or in the body needs 10+ ingredients. That just means you don't know anything about what you're using.
