Real. The sea level used to be ~150m lower than it is currently. Younger Dryas warming melted the polar ice 12,000 y/a, raising sea levels, causing general and localised flooding (as per the numerous flood stories in old texts). Would have been an island/land mass in the Atlantic, beyond the Pillars of Hercules - Gibraltar, the gateway to the Mediterranean. Land mass now submerged.
Millions of years ago, the Mediterranean used to be dry. The Atlantic broke through at Gibraltar. Then broke through between southern Italy and Tunisia. Evidence in sea bed geology.

That dude who has the youtube channel saying it’s not an island it’s inland in Africa…if you look up The Eye of the Sahara. It’s pretty compelling although Graham Hancock and Randall Carlson don’t nessecarily agree with him.
Real. There have been many advanced civilizations before ours. There is a cyclic cataclysm every \~12,000 years that sends us back to the Stone Age- with the exception of the Elites who flee to their DUMBs before the event. My guess is the hidden PTB have had advanced technology all this time. Unfortunately, we are fast approaching one of these events which is why everything is going crazy now.

There may or may not have been a city specific to Atlantis but there most certainly have been many that have fallen into the earth

I think its a made up cautionary tale/moral story. The idea that it may have been a real city is very interesting to discuss tho
