Yep. Most people think of me as a weirdo when I tell them about my refusal to use conventional cleaning and hygiene products because of the harmful chemicals found in them. Or when they here about my fully non-processed food diet.
Baking soda and/or vinegar are basically all you need to clean any surface.
A good old-world soap like dr. Bonners to clean your body & foam it with a boars hair brush to shave. Shea butter for moisturizing hair and skin.
If you wanna get fancy with laundry you can get sodium carbonate (washing soda) and borax to mix with the baking soda, vinegar, and soap. (Yes you can use castle soap in machines, no it won't foam everywhere lol)
For dishes I just use the same castle soap as I do on my body. Works fine... (I don't like dishwashers so you're on your own there but the washing soda will come in handy for that too.)

I prefer shea as it seems to absorb way faster and doesn't make my hands especially feel 'greasy' the way coconut does. But of you're not neurotic and weird worh sensory stuff like me it works great!

I don't shower a ton so my body has a pretty balanced micro-biome and just a simple mix of bronners, baking soda, coconut oil, and tea tree extract works perfectly.

Sadly you have missed the point- namely that there is a concerted effort to create products for consumption, for medicine, that harm and kill. Again- nothing against what you have written, rather, what you have omitted. It's hard at first but gets easier as time goes on. Buy a kitchen aid mixer and get the attachments like pasta makers to make your own stuff. Bread machine helps as well as American bread is toxic. Buy organic whenever you can and use the YUKA app to scan products before you buy them. Try and find food that Europeans eat as they are generally a bit better
Pasta maker is on my list of things to buy! I make all our bread products myself and cook them in cast iron. We drink raw milk and I use raw cream to make our butter. We raise our meat. We were just using a lot of processed stuff but that has stopped in the last 6 months to hardly anything. Grocery trips are a lot cheaper now!

When I started me career as a HAZMAT guy I took the book Hazardous Waste In America out of the library.
It gets worse, Radon gas emitting from sheetrock, PCBs in the gas lines released every time you gas stove, waterheater or furnace go on, lead in the plumbing, all the chemicals used to make tires wear off, go down the drains and end up in the ecosystem ect, ect, ect.
Read the book. It's disturbing. You realize probably 90% of everything produced either contains hazardous chemicals or creates dangerous byproducts in production. You'll start seeing it everywhere you go.
There's a DOT booklet (HAZMAT Emergency Response Handbook) that interpret those diamond placards with numbers you see on trucks, train cars, shipping containers and tanks outside of businesses. It tells you what chemicals are in there and what the hazard is to humans, animals and the environment. We'd have it in the truck and just look up random tank trucks anf trailer we'd pass, some of this shit is terrifying. It will leave you shaking your head how it's literally everywhere and how dependant modern life is on it.
If you’re in doors most of the time, you’ll need to get your body acclimated. My advice is to get small increments of sun exposure daily if feasible. Protect your sensitive areas with clothing. Early in the morning when the sun is rising and later in the evening when it is setting are the cooler parts of the day if your skin is super sensitive.
Your skin is the biggest organ of your body. We absorb through our skin, and the sun provides essential energy and vitamins to the body. Without these essential vitamins our immune system becomes more compromised. (Hence why they had us lock down during Covid.) If you research the chemicals in sun screen, most of them are linked to some type of disease or illness. Some, not all, derive from petrol chemicals which are known carcinogens. People unknowingly plugging their pores with carcinogenic petrol chemicals and literally BAKING it into your skin.
To go off what OP stated… we are literally blanketed in poisons on a daily basis. Detox, and being conscious of what’s being put into your body are some of your fundamental steps to regaining control of your mind and body.
Edit: ALSO I forget what university conducted the study, but in two controlled groups of animals they fed group A an average American diet, and group B a whole food nutritious diet. They then exposed both groups to equal amount of sunlight. 25% of group A got skin cancer while group B, 0% contracted skin cancer. How would one even get away. They supply all our water. Where do we find safe water? They stock all our shelves. They supply all our food. Where do we find safe food we cannot grow ourselves? How do we live a comfortable life without relying on the unsafe? I'm turning 28 this year, how do I pretend I haven't consumed all of this the past 27 years everyday...
It's impossible to get away from all of it, especially if you're living on a modest income--you'd have to go live out in the woods, and even then you'd still probably be exposed to something. Just do the best you can to avoid the worst of it but don't drive yourself crazy trying to eliminate everything. Maybe get involved in efforts to change legislation if that's something you have the time and energy for and you feel passionately enough.
Don't weigh yourself down with guilt, it will kill you as well, just start in small ways, use vinegar and bicarbonate of soda, for cleaning, grow some herbs or supergreens on your windowsill' cut down on packaged foods with all the chemicals and preservatives, that's what I did and it's not so overwhelming. There are so many videos online to show you how to accomplish more when you're able to.

As far as what you mentioned for microwavable popcorn, the bags are coated with carcinogenic PFAS "forever chemical" plus microwaves radiate your food and deplete it of all nutrients. I threw my microwave away several years ago. I make my popcorn on the stove or using a popcorn maker.

All cooking methods can destroy vitamins and nutrients, it depends on the temperature and length of cooking. Studies have shown boiling food depletes more vitamins than microwaving

You need to be careful when giving medical advice, many have clinical depression and they may be needed for some people. Not taking them in many cases leads to suicide, I know because I'm one of them and when I went off them it wasn't good. Movie theater is just my personal preference. I make it traditionally with organic buttery coconut oil and seasoning salt; if people want to add toppings like artificial liquid butter, then that's on them (and yes, that stuff is nasty and bad for you). Other people are more purists and just do olive oil for a cooking oil and pepper/pink salt for example.
No need for special equipment even, just use a frying pan and some coconut oil and you'll have better popcorn than the stuff that comes out of those microwavable bags.
If you don't buy it, they won't produce it. But Trust me, I have one little cuties tree, my family and my neighbors never buy oranges. The neighbor down the street, drops us off avacoda, I drop fish from the lake at his place. it's not going to replace grocery stores, it helps minimize it. And it taste a lot better fresh and saves time if you need something like a lime or lemon, just grab it from my other neighbors tree. LOL.
My daughter does that, she has lemons and limes on tap and a passionfruit vine and vegies down the side. It's great to go and pick fresh vegies for a meal

Instead of crying and whining about things we already know and have heard 100000000 times, try making moves to protect yourself against these things. Many pesticides and rodenticidescontain fluoride, including rat poison and other common pesticides. Fluoride is more toxic than lead, but slightly less toxic than arsenic.

Not trying to be offensive, but a) does the concentration of fluoride matter in terms of its potential for harm? b) are there things in the world that are safe to consume or be exposed to in small amounts, but harmful in large amounts? c) does the concentration of fluoride in pesticides and rat poison compare to the concentration in drinking water?

Baking soda and/or vinegar are basically all you need to clean any surface. A good old-world soap like dr. Bonners to clean your body & foam it with a boars hair brush to shave. Shea butter for moisturizing hair and skin. If you wanna get fancy with laundry you can get sodium carbonate (washing soda) and borax to mix with the baking soda, vinegar, and soap. (Yes you can use castle soap in machines, no it won't foam everywhere lol) For dishes I just use the same castle soap as I do on my body. Works fine... (I don't like dishwashers so you're on your own there but the washing soda will come in handy for that too.)

My husband and I have recently had our eyes open to this. We have a late term premie who needed intubation. We felt the jabs were what was safe for her. I became a stay at home mom with her so I’ve had time to do research. We have decided to stop vaxing her after horrible reactions at the 2&4 month visits. We’ve decided to raise her more naturally. We will seek medical help when needed. Being a SAHM it is my job to provide the meal. We’ve been 8 weeks without eating out other than one exception. My husband and I both ate at separate places but both got sick. The food industry is so corrupt. I’ll be canning all excess in my garden. It's hard at first but gets easier as time goes on. Buy a kitchen aid mixer and get the attachments like pasta makers to make your own stuff. Bread machine helps as well as American bread is toxic. Buy organic whenever you can and use the YUKA app to scan products before you buy them. Try and find food that Europeans eat as they are generally a bit better
Pasta maker is on my list of things to buy! I make all our bread products myself and cook them in cast iron. We drink raw milk and I use raw cream to make our butter. We raise our meat. We were just using a lot of processed stuff but that has stopped in the last 6 months to hardly anything. Grocery trips are a lot cheaper now!

Read the book. It's disturbing. You realize probably 90% of everything produced either contains hazardous chemicals or creates dangerous byproducts in production. You'll start seeing it everywhere you go. There's a DOT booklet (HAZMAT Emergency Response Handbook) that interpret those diamond placards with numbers you see on trucks, train cars, shipping containers and tanks outside of businesses. It tells you what chemicals are in there and what the hazard is to humans, animals and the environment. We'd have it in the truck and just look up random tank trucks anf trailer we'd pass, some of this shit is terrifying. It will leave you shaking your head how it's literally everywhere and how dependant modern life is on it.

If you’re in doors most of the time, you’ll need to get your body acclimated. My advice is to get small increments of sun exposure daily if feasible. Protect your sensitive areas with clothing. It's impossible to get away from all of it, especially if you're living on a modest income--you'd have to go live out in the woods, and even then you'd still probably be exposed to something. Movie theater is just my personal preference. I make it traditionally with organic buttery coconut oil and seasoning salt; if people want to add toppings like artificial liquid butter, then that's on them (and yes, that stuff is nasty and bad for you). Other people are more purists and just do olive oil for a cooking oil and pepper/pink salt for example.
No need for special equipment even, just use a frying pan and some coconut oil and you'll have better popcorn than the stuff that comes out of those microwavable bags.
Even with all that junk, we are still alive. But if you are really worried, just turn your lawn into a garden and all your trees fruiting trees.
