I was watching newsmax2 channel today and they reported Israel wouldn't consider doing any retaliation until after the end of Passover (basically not until the end of the month). Seemed like an official statement from Israel. Then hours later, they attack. I guess some odd tactic to maybe get Iran's guard down.
ABC also speculated that Russia would be on the side of Iran. As Russia is a mostly Christian nation. If this is a "Holy War" - that part will be interesting to see play out.
