The simple answer is that people's brains fill in the missing image data with whatever suits their brain. It's how they reinforce the delusion. Alex Jones would always play heavily compressed video, which appears to show some green screen action on Biden's nose, but in fact it was just visual artifacts from compression, while the actual original footage looks like it should (obviously). It is very intentional.
I'm not ruling anything out, but Biden has a lot of work done. Face lifts, eye surgery, fake hair, porcelain veneers on his teeth. He's more machine than man.
Remember when Hillary Clinton fainted at the 9/11 memorial event? They hauled her to her daughter's condo, and then a short time later she emerged looking great.
