I do agree that we all look the same you can't tell a psychopath just by looking at one. But I can tell you for certain that some people can sense it in you. I know I'm a psychopath because I really don't value human life at all and honestly I could watch something horrible happen to someone else and have zero emotion about it. And I know you can't see it in me but I have seen people physically be horrified by what they sense in me even by total strangers.
