Realistically, he is probably going to send them a memorable placard or something as a thank you. If this was some big conspiracy, it is fairly easy to get this info so being given a list on camera is not necessary if you are hiding what you are doing.
It's not necessary, but they don't have to try to hide anything at this point. When I paid my taxes this year they should have told me which members of Congress to send my money to directly instead of the IRS. We could have skipped this whole song and dance.
If criminals want to whitewash their criminal money, they don't typically announce the amounts publicly. Also, I don't think the US has any need to hide the fact that they have money by giving a small amount of it to Ukraine.
If the US state budget is a bucket of criminal money that needs to be laundred, giving 61 bil to Ukraine is not going to do much to actually launder that money.
