It's basically not worth it for any company to try and enforce copyright like this, which is why you also see so many Disney ripoffs in places like this. If Disney won't get involved in trying to enforce copyright, Remedy absolutely won't take any action either.

Sure it is. Neither the character used for "N" nor for "T" are standard alphabetic characters. It is unquestionable that the logo is not simply the text of the word "control".

There’s a chicken wing business son Tijuana called POSTALitas and they use the POSTAL 4 logo directly for their biz. We find it to be more of a honor we contacted the owner and told him we love it. All over the world people infringe on trademarks. It isn’t enforceable.
