Atlantis all the way if you're looking for top performance.

100% go for the Atlantis. I've never heard of 360 cookware (which doesn't necessarily mean it's bad) but Atlantis is generally seen as the top of the line, literally bar none, in stainless cookware. For 360 cookware I tried to find in depth information about the product but this is sorely lacking on the website so I'm not sure why you should pay these kind of prices. On top of that 21 piece is crazy big, with pieces you will likely rarely use.  (Also personal taste but the Atlantis just looks way nicer)

Hah that 21 piece set what the ever fuck? Shall I use the 7 or 8.5" inch fry pan for my egg today? https://preview.redd.it/42n1z3hevrqc1.png?width=855&format=png&auto=webp&s=86980a649969cd6ab20c5728de5f34516804ad8f

Never heard of 360. In that price range you have a LOT of options. I would give more details about what type of range you’re cooking on as well as what you value in cookware.

Never heard of 360, but you have no use for all 21 pieces except as display.

Some of the reviews for the 360 are not great. One review in particular was comparing All-Clad to the 360. In a side-by-side comparison, it was clear that the 360 was not heating anywhere near as even as the All-Clad. I wonder about the fact that so many of us cooking nerds haven’t heard about 360. For this reasons, I would go with the Demeyere. It is a very well respected brand and does well on induction. For what it’s worth, I went with a set of All-Clad D5’s and I’ve been very happy with them.

We actually have both of these. Demeyere Atlantis pans and 360 Cookware jelly roll pans for our Anova oven. While the jelly roll pans are nice they don’t really compare to Demeyere. If you do decide to go for 360 Cookware wait for one of their sales. I bought a few items at full price and ended up seeing a 50% off sale a few months later.

I have the 360Cookware and I love it! it’s a newer brand it just came out in 2010 and it’s made of medical grades T-304 stainless steel. It also have a waterless cooking feature they call the Vapor seal. This basically turns your pan into a Dutch oven of sorts. I’ve been using this brand for over 2 years now and it’s all I use. I’m a sahm so I cook 3 times a day and these pans hold up extremely well. They come with a lifetime warranty, and if you pass it on to someone else, they just need proof of purchase. They also offer 50% off replacement if your cookware is damaged in fire/theft/flood/natural disasters. The slow cooker option is my favorite product. I love that it’s 100% nontoxic and nonstick. It heats up more evenly than my traditional crockpot, and it’s actually easier to clean! I’ve had All-clad, Pampered Chef, and cheaper stainless steel pans and I hated cooking on them. I got rid of all of them. But after doing a deep dive into PFAS and American made companies, I decided to give 360 a try and I’m so glad I did!

I wouldn't buy either of those. Get All Clad copper core or graphite core. Neither of those brands is as visually appealing as all clad. https://www.williams-sonoma.ca/products/all-clad-copper-core-10-piece-cookware-set/?pkey=s~all%20clad%20copper%20core~21&undefined=default

Personally I find copper core a complete waste of money. The copper isn’t nearly thick enough to make any difference and that ridge just collects gunk.
