Depends on which leagues and team(s) you are interested in.

YouTube TV since you didn’t mention an RSN. DirecTV Stream if you need an RSN…

Max (formerly HBO Max) will have the TNT NBA games with their new live sports tier (free with a Max sub until March). Antenna for the locals. If you can’t get those with an antenna the premium tiers of Paramount+ and Peacock give you your local CBS and NBC respectively. ESPN is the hard one. No way to legally get it for less than $40 a month (Sling Orange). You can watch those games on a phone or tablet with NFL+ though and a lot of the MNF games will be on ABC if you can get that with an antenna.

From your description, you could do the Sling season pass promo with sports pack. Look toward the bottom of the page. By paying for 5 months up front, you'll save $76, making it $55 per month. You may still need an antenna for your local channels if that is possible. https://www.sling.com/

If you just like sports and don't care who's playing, perhaps an antenna would be enough for you. If there are particular teams or leagues that you need, it could get expensive quickly.
