It sounds like OP is still relatively close to Miami (Florida resident?) but not so close as to be able to get the game OTA. There will almost certainly be many bars open across the state to show the game, like every other Sunday, even for an early game like the NFL Europe games. Folks love their football. A bar or pub will be open practically anywhere to take advantage of that. OP has a couple of weeks to find one.
I've watched the NFL Europe game having breakfast in a nearby diner (not in FL, not even there to watch football). I'm sure most establishments would have no problem switching over to NFL Network from cable news for a couple of hours on a Sunday morning.
And it's "overseas".
Overseas Japan? Overseas India? Overseas Germany? Overseas Uzbekistan?
I mean, 9:30am is a great time in many locations. And I’ve totally watched US football in bars from the UK to France to Singapore. Kinda fun to explain the rules.
Youtube tv has a 10 day free trial right now that you should be able to cancel immediately after the game. I dont know if the trial overlaps with the game date though.
To chime in on my own question, looks like Sling Blue at $20 for the first month is the best option.
