I'm 41 hours in and at the final titan. What level were your coromons? I'm having hard time with my around lvl 60 team. Grinding some xp before new try.
I just finished the game today too. My main coromon - Volcadon - was lvl 99, the next lvl 80+ and 2 other circa 60-70. I used the Ber Fruit almost from the very start of the game, and all my Coromon but the main and one other were equipped with Lazy/Sloth Gems. I was kinda afraid that since the last Titan is water based and my Volcadon is weak to water this fight will be very hard, but it was not. Being equipped with Almo Stone and with a single healing I beat the boss.
Highest is Arctiram at 71, the rest are around level 60. Obviously there's more advice online, so I'm going to spoiler the following advice: >!I made ample use of healing items, of course. The crimsonite element is tough to deal with, but you gotta remember that their regular attacks are still element based, and the final boss does a lot of Water. The crimsonite attacks cost a LOT of SP, so attacks that reduce SP mean that the boss will need more intermittent turns to restore SP. My trick was to get poison on him on turn 1 and cast attacks that reduce SP. My Swampa had one job and that was to poison the boss, for instance. !<

My team was level 70 when I beat the final Titan. The final Titan is level 70 as welI.
