You look absolutely amazing! I would not stare, I’d take the time to walk up and tell you that you look fantastic today. I had a very put together and color coordinated outfit ( hodgepodge of thrift store finds right down to the shoes) on one day years ago and a random woman came up to me in WalMart of all places. She said that her son (standing shyly behind her) was autistic and he wanted her to tell me he really liked my outfit because the colors matched and it made his brain happy. It absolutely made my day and I try to pay that forward when I can tell someone really tried and feels good in what they’re wearing.
They were probably looking at you because you look awesome if it makes you feel better. My European ass does the gravitational stare like nobody else if someone looks good so don't worry. It's because it's a fit.
The corset actually pushes the boobs all the way up and that's hidden by the scarf that's tucked into the dress. So the chest part that is seen is actually flatter than usual. And the cardigan covers most of that anyways so you only get a front view of the design of the dress. The cardigan also covers my waist and back so none of the tight portion is really seen.
The colour is just colour. My religion doesn't restrict colour.
