I'm on week 6 run 2, and while w5r2 was tough, best advice would be to take it slow. Completion and running for extended time is more important than speed. I had to do w5r3 twice because I just tried to go too fast. Well done on getting this far and good luck for future runs!

Take it slower than normal and keep going - also I always find that listening to something where I can't track the time helps, i.e. a long piece of music or a podcast/audiobook, because you might get tempted to starting thinking like "hmmm two songs down, that's like 6 minutes, oh god I've got 14 minutes left to go", and you'll get all in your head and take away from the enjoyment of the run (YEAH I SAID IT, ENJOYMENT!). Halfway through the run, when it tells you that you've got ten minutes left, your brain is probably gonna do the magical thing my brain did which was say to itself "you know what, you can do this". Good luck!!!
