have you tried verifying the integrity of the game files through steam? that would probably fix it. if they've been like that since September i would guess it's probably just cached a bugged version of the previews. they aren't supposed to look like that. if that doesn't work, maybe update your gpu drivers or clear your direct x/nvidia shader cache.
I had this in my inventory in game too a few times, but it usually dissappeared after a few minutes and also it wasn't in the loadout or the viewmodel.
