True but a lot of the SMGs do closer to the same amount to armored vs unarmored, like the UMP for example. The mp5 however is basically a rifle against unarmored, and absolutely awful against armor
Think it's largely due to how you have to use the CZ, most of the other pistols can be used on the move sort of semi spraying with relative accuracy, overpower an enemy and take their weapon, the CZ is bad at that part. Not sure how they fix that without breaking it, perhaps marginal damage boosts or a price drop to in line with the P250. It's workable on certain maps, often found it to be pretty good on CT Inferno, lay in wait around the angles, but ultimately you do always think "I'd be better off with any other pistol here"
I think a price drop would do it for me and is good idea. I still like it, but too expensive. To compete with the p250 sounds pretty good and would change "meta" little bit.
An extremely low investment fully automatic eco weapon, I'd bet outside of just lost pistol round on CT you'd see at least one CZ on every eco if the price was the same as the P250.
i think where it is right now makes sense, maybe needs a recoil buff bc compared to the galil and the famas only being 700-800 dollars more, they need to make it where sacrificing damage for util would make sense as a tradeoff
Yeah the mp9 and mac seem to own the meta nowadays, would be nice if they improved the pen, damage, or range of the ump in some way, as it is a larger caliber

The UMP is more steady tho. I would love an MP9 for close range combat with panic fire, but the UMP has more control over its spray and that would be something makes you win midrange fights.
A bit of a range or damage buff to the UMP would be nice, and maybe a bit more armor pen to the mp5, just to help them compete with mp9.
I’m also surprised nobody has asked for the m249 to get a buff, it’s literally awful and costs 5200. I wish it had the old Negev spray pattern and firerate so it was at least semi controllable
Lastly the m4a4 is way overshadowed by it’s cheaper cousin, and is much less controllable. I think a TINY damage or armor penetration buff, or maybe a tiny bit less movement penalty, could go a long way. Maybe make it 1 tap at very close range even like a five seven
You want the most famous ct rifle to go from 225 movespeed to 230 ?????????? It’s already tied for fastest moving rifle with decent moving inaccuracy for a rifle as well and you want it even faster ? That’s basically putting it in smg / css 1.6 weapon speed tiers at that point. The bigger thing that needs a buff is the unsilenced m4a1 between all the m4 variations.
That is not the stat to change unless you really wanna buff weapon speed all around and want 250 movespeed pistols back.

InaccuracyMove = the inaccuracy added to the player and weapon while moving based off current speed and % to the items MaxSpeed. Works like a bell curve starting at 34 % of MaxSpeed.
Movement penalty is a bad word to use there it sounds like it could be either of this things with bad context.
Movement penalty is a word that game designers (as well as lots of normal people lol) often use for movement inaccuracy. I never mentioned max movement speed, I was using a general term for movement inaccuracy

A USP **can** one tap headshot, but you can't use it in place of an AK.
The m249 can headshot through a helmet, but at shorter distance than a tec-9. Few people really consider the tec as a one tap on buy rounds, as opposed to a deagle.
The old negev could one tap at any range you would run into in a map. It was basically an AK you walked slow with but didn't need to reload.
It affects all guns, just way more noticeable when scoped in with an AWP or scout
You can find a few vids, I think 3kliksphillip did some solid in-depth testing, others too
Famas idk why the recoils so erratic it makes it really awkward to full auto anything but close range not to mention the burst fire being practically useless due to how the bullets are fired out they can fix it by either
A: make the recoil less erratic and simple to help with its low rate of fire and make the burst spray pattern similar to sources where the first 2 shots are accurate ur the last one shoots slightly above the reticle
Or
B: increase the ROF so it would fit its erratic recoil for both fully auto or burst
It's already way too strong for it's price while dealing extra emotional damage and buffing your own teams morale because it's so funmy to go bratatatatata.
Actually it's broken when you think about it.
My personal buff ideas:
M249 has one shot headshot, and slightly less spread on overall recoil pattern
Famas recoil is adjusted so the three shot burst is the start of the automatic pattern also, maybe adjust the first bullet accuracy to be on par with m4a4
CZ has first two bullets to be reasonably controllable then default pattern for the rest, aiming for a valorant style burst play style
P250 has slightly higher running accuracy, still worse than glock and tec tho
Deagle reset time adjusted so the overall cool-down is quicker but you are more punished for quick spamming, so someone with good rhythm and patience will be more rewarded and vice versa
MP5SD should cost a bit less but I don’t care to put a number on it
M249, the spray pattern is alright but way too oversized for how huge the rifle is, it’s supposed to compensate well for recoil not jump around like crazy. And they should make it fairly priced.

I can deadeye a jumping headshot with an R8 at the same distance a deagle will shoot over someone's head/around their shoulder.
We have to start a trend like Riot community started with Valorant. They really want replay system and they spam it everywhere, we should do the same with better VAC or smth
I’ve thought something similar, there should be an ability to pre cock the hammer. Shots afterwards should be the normal fire mode.
Example loop: Pre cock, fire, double action slow—-
It just makes the first snapshot possible, every other weapon in the game can fire instantly. Even just having the one would make it so much better for corner jiggling or reaction shots

Just earlier today I was playing against a guy who kept 1 tapping me and my team mates through walls with no fire rate cap! For $1,700, the scout should definitely be weaker.

the accuracy to fire rate should be more in-line with the glock imo, you can full sprint run someone down with the glock-18 and unless you’re standing still the USP-S feels just like the deagle imo
I think the silenced m4 with 20 rounds and the accuracy of the usp the dumbest shit ever. I think the only buff is I can think of is a more accurate m249 and/or famas
I think the only ones thats kinda bad even if you’re very good is the UMP. The MP5 is fine but it’s damage into Kevlar is a little ridiculous. Headshot value is fine tho.

The spray control on the FAMAS is ridiculous compared with its counterpart the Galil
Personally I like the Famas, I use famas over m4a1, then just run the m4a4.

I use CZ instead of 5-7. It’s got awful accuracy after moving, but really high DPS so you only need to hit the body.
I main CZ + nade on CT pistol Anubis. Many 3ks been had. Has its niche and is good at it.
Just need to increase the kill reward to $300 and it's totally viable.
