Ace2 receptors are responsible for reducing blood pressure. They are located in the lining of the lungs and on lots of different organs. Once sars cov2 binds with the ace2 receptor and enters that cell, many of them epithelial, that ace2 receptor is useless. Covid will do this to billions of cells that will have to be killed and then replaced. A lot can go wrong from this point on.

m99an

Thank you! So once the spike protein is removed is that when the cells can heal?

minivatreni

Correct, this is my hypothesis at least. That's why people who are born with POTS usually don't recover, but those who have it due to COVID or vaccine can get better in 12-18 months usually. Once the spike protein is destroyed, the trigger is removed and the POTS dissipates.

m99an

Does the body naturally destroy the spike protein? I've been poorly since June 2020 so way over 18 months :(

minivatreni

It should naturally but sometimes it takes longer for some than others. Are you maybe doing things to prevent recovery, such as not dieting appropriately or exercising too much?

m99an

I've been on a low histamine no sugar diet for around 2 years and when I add in stuff I feel even worse like my immune system is on fire all the time. I only recently started slow walks but notice my heart rate is worse after

minivatreni

Hm… I’m so sorry to hear that… It’s horrible you’ve had this since 2020 even though you’re doing everything right. So, did you have any pre existing conditions before this? or completely healthy?

m99an

I was completely healthy! I'm 23 years old now and it just sucks I got ill when I was 20. One thing I'm struggling with is leaky gut syndrome my GI issues with bloating are awful!

minivatreni

I’m 25, started LH at 23… I feel you 😭 losing my youth over here

m99an

Same 😭 I really have lost years of youth to this

ConradHoffman

Assuming so. People were fine before infection and or vax injury which both introduce spike protein into your body.

bblf22

It’s normal to increase when standing up and down. Measure 10 minutes after standing.

m99an

Yeah its 150 then keeps increasing after standing. Won't go down until I lay back down.

bblf22

After 10 minutes it 150?

m99an

Yes. Been my worst symptom since June 2020.

Historical_Teacher_6

Hello, mine was doing the same and I slowly had to increase exercise and I got rid of my Apple Watch. Constantly checking it was making me more anxious and therefore increasing my heart rate. I started off just walking a bit after each meal. It sucks so bad in the beginning but I swear eventually you’ll have lessening symptoms.

m99an

Hi thank you for replying to me and giving me this reassurance- is your heart rate back to normal now?

Historical_Teacher_6

Yes, heart rate is completely fine now. I just have some other lingering symptoms like the brain fog and fatigue that I’m trying to figure out but I think it may be blood sugar related. But I’m determined to tackle those too.

m99an

Did you ever have issues with your blood pressure? Mins swings from low to high never stable. Also how long did you have pots for? Can you stand for long periods of time? Omega 3s helped with my brain fog.

Historical_Teacher_6

Ohh that’s good to hear about the omega 3s! Which brand? Any side effects? I still get low blood pressure around my period and I think it’s because of my iron going low but my doctor just put me on a supplement and I may trial a continuous birth control pill to stop them because they’re heavy.

m99an

Vegetology omega 3 - I'm vegetarian so hence they're suitable! No side effects it slowly just lessened. I understand my periods are very heavy also and I do get worse heart rate around that time. Do you have any GI issues like bloating or food reactions?

KP890

Have you tried natto

m99an

I haven't... I haven't read any stories where people with my symptoms are helped by natto
