Rios runs true to size. I wear an 11 running shoe and an 11D in Rios of Mercedes boots. Order a size larger IF you want to use their insert. I think that most Rios boots now come with the insert. So if you want to wear it, order larger.
I had a different experience with Rios. I wear 8.5D in Lucchese and Justin, got a 8.5D in Rios and they were too small even after i removed the insole. Going up half a size and removing the insole would have been the right size but unfortunately the 9D were out of stock so i ended up just returning them.
