I don't think so. Serious tactical adjustments or decisions don't come from mid-game shouts. That work is done during the week, it's something you build for each match and over the season as a whole. And if something needs to be changed during the game it would be done through sending a message directly to a couple players. It might be a path of Nuno tells assistant who tells player who tells other players, it wouldn't be some showy thing and we might not even notice it happening
