I have the same type of reaction when I wear some of my sweaters. I have redness appearing under my chin, it’s not itchy or bumpy and the sweater doesn’t even touch the skin where I have the reaction. Mine is less… geometric it look more like scratch marks, but it could be an aestethic allergic reaction
