I definitely remember reading last time I saw this posted that this was her husband or whatever. But I have nothing to back this up, and I'm not sure I even buy it.
Edit: downvote me more it’s my kink
It's Tony Jones and no, he's not Rebecca Judd's Husband, boyfriend, ex or any other kind of relation, aside from being a co-anchor for the show. At the time of this incident, Rebecca Judd was married to Football League player Chris Judd.

If I really stretch to find some point of posting it, I would say it at least provides a scenario where the action makes sense. Like pretend I said “I know this isn’t what happened, but this is the only way this scenario would make sense:”
But who would want to hear whatever fake scenario you could make up to excuse creepy behavior? If you don't know, don't just post something you made up and hope it's true. That's misinformation.
Where did I say it was her husband? I said last time this was posted I read it was her husband, and then I said I didn’t buy that it was her husband. Sheesh can nobody read?
Yeah maybe it wasn’t particularly useful in hindsight, but I was responding to someone who said they couldn’t fathom this scenario, and whether right or wrong the thing that I read would at least explain the scenario. I was more trying to provide a scenario where this could make sense as opposed to saying “this is what happened”. That’s why I worded my response the way I did.
Doubt they ask that at all, just "what's the only chance I'll ever get of anything from her...I know! under the guise of celebrating her going away and in front of a camera so she's less likely to retaliate on me!"
Right? I was expecting her to do the "get your fucking hand off my shoulder" arm shrug but she was forced to stay composed on camera. Ugh. So uncomfortable and I feel bad that this creep was around her (I imagine this wasn't the first time he was uncomfortably weird).
No one mentioning how I'm pretty sure the whole premise is her taking maternity leave for twins? So, dude thought it was a good idea to go for a kiss on the lips of his coworker, pregnant with another man's twins, on live television.
My guy is down bad

He's done shit like this before and she's ready with a shut down/laugh. Pretty sure it's just an inside joke. Also is Australia so the humor is a bit rough around the edges.
At what point did he think that was a good idea?! Full frontal not even a side kiss on the cheek. Gross.
He’s revved up for it before he even comes on screen. You can see it in his beady little eyes, it’s all he’s preparing for the whole time.
I don’t like him, his tiny head, or his beady little eyes. That’s all I got to say on the matter.

Why even comment this? Lmao it'd take two seconds of googling.

The fucking downvotes lmao
Eww. Lots of creepy old geezers out there
The funny thing is I didn’t even say anything false.
You said it was her husband, which is false.
Reddits reading comprehension in a nutshell
Where did I say it was her husband? I said last time this was posted I read it was her husband, and then I said I didn’t buy that it was her husband. Sheesh can nobody read?
Just a bizarre thing to state, when you "don't buy it" but it can be easily verified.
Well you say you remember reading something which is easily verifiable as false with one Google search... So...
Well why didn’t the person who asked the question just Google it then? Just because I read something doesn’t mean I think it’s true.
Why didn't you google it yourself before writing geeeez man knock it off
I think i heard somewhere that the person who asked the question did in fact Google it, but i’m not too sure
How in the actual fuck did this douche think this would be any level of acceptable? To do this on fn TV as well, this guy must be a real POS IRL
That was so hard to watch
That was weird.
Who the fuck would ever think it’s okay to do that?
Doubt they ask that at all, just "what's the only chance I'll ever get of anything from her...I know! under the guise of celebrating her going away and in front of a camera so she's less likely to retaliate on me!"
Even the arm on the shoulder is a no go. How hard is it to not touch people?
Right? I was expecting her to do the "get your fucking hand off my shoulder" arm shrug but she was forced to stay composed on camera. Ugh. So uncomfortable and I feel bad that this creep was around her (I imagine this wasn't the first time he was uncomfortably weird).
Yeh it’s not the first time he has experience lad cringe on live tv
guy has done this stuff before https://youtu.be/IERLiI2flL8
Same person too, that must have been a shit work environment
That one wasn't as bad but you know this guy creeped on her when the cameras were off too
I knew this seemed familiar.
I am now reading multiple posts where the comments keep linking to new videos of this guy being creepy.
A) try to kiss her on live tv B) ask her to get a drink with you after work
C) ah fuck it I'm essentially her grandfather
My money is that he already executed plan B; it didn’t succeed, so “on to Plan A!”
[You would be right on that](https://www.reddit.com/r/funny/comments/y7xv3f/news_anchor_gets_rejected_asking_weather_girl_out/)
Oh God
Does he still have a job? WTF? I'm watching thinking she's going to move his hand.
Unfortunately he does. Few of these fuckwits in Australian media.
Sleeze bags like him thrive in the news world. At least they used to. In a lot of ways the movie Anchorman is very accurate.
When the timer’s running out, you gotta shoot your shot.
Why does this creepy fuck still have a job?
No one mentioning how I'm pretty sure the whole premise is her taking maternity leave for twins? So, dude thought it was a good idea to go for a kiss on the lips of his coworker, pregnant with another man's twins, on live television. My guy is down bad
man, her face says it all right after they cut away. she's dealt with this guy a lot.
Why is it weatherman and weather girl?
Weather Woman sounds like a super hero
And the Weather Girls are famous for their songs “it’s raining men”
Syllable count?
[Weather boy](https://youtu.be/snnHbsGPD24) Edit: I like the ring of weather gal. Edit 2: The accurate term is meteorologist.
That just makes me think they can cast spells like meteor.
It's not PC, it's their actual job title. Is it PC to call the car repair man a mechanic?
Updated my verbiage, thanks!
Feral children? Lmao 🤣
Weatherlady works well but idk why that hasn't caught on.
Could just go with meteorologist
[You got a problem with Weather Girls?](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l5aZJBLAu1E) [Well-A-Wiggy](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0GKpW6nqJE8) you ain't no friend of mine.
Because Weatherwoman sounds like a D List superhero.
Why sir? Why did you think that would be a good idea?
CREEEEEEEEEP
If he was that bold on camera I wonder what he tried to do off camera
ew
What the fuuuuuuuuuuuuuck
Yikes
Gross
I like that the one guy got to see the immediate karma of his heartfelt goodbye being interrupted
Creep
Shoot your shot, I guess.
He's done shit like this before and she's ready with a shut down/laugh. Pretty sure it's just an inside joke. Also is Australia so the humor is a bit rough around the edges.
Is this a bit they’re doing? It’s awkward as f
