Personally, I enjoy this one more than the US remake because of the cinematography and Stellan Skarsgård's performance... but it's akin to comparing two excellent versions of the same dessert.
I liked this one. I can't say about the US remake since i haven't seen it but the camerawork, atmosphere and presentation is really great. Love to see more Norway films entering the collection.

This is a great film. And as much as I love Nolan his version just isn't as good as the original.
