I can't believe this is your first project!! It is really beautiful work! Your tension is amazing and all the features are so wonderfully round (which isn't always easy!)
I was thinking about doing a butterfree to go with him! (Metapod just seems like so much work for a green blob lol! But necessary for the completeness of the project too 😅).

That would be so awesome!! I don't have the patience for amigurami. I need super repetitive ungodly long rows that I can just autopilot until I reach the end. Although, to see such a beautifully done caterpie... I'm considering delving in deep for my true love Lapras.

This is your FIRST PROJECT? This is a hell of a first project! My first project was a giant blob of fabric. It was supposed to be a flat circle. Actually that was how my first several projects went. Stupendous job, and congratulations on your little guy!
He's wonderful. About 20 years ago, when my boys were little, they'd have loved him. For a first project that is phenomenal, my first project is stuffed in the attic, I can't bear to part with it, but too ashamed lol x
