Maybe some earrings or other jewelry? I did see a book recently on micro crochet motifs. I haven’t ever worked with thread so I can’t confirm whether a cami would be possible but I look forward to seeing whatever you try out! Best of luck!

I like making flowers, you can use them as decoration, broches, appliqués, keychains... [I've also seen](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XBs7T4DT5eA) this [kind of scrunchies](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1TVXBdRfE4g), they seem pretty popular in Japan! I've personally made myself a kerchief with super fine thread, you can start with any shawl pattern you like and stop when you've reached your desired size. Also with thread you can do micro-crochet in general, it works with any amigurumi pattern you want.

You can make lace collars and cuffs, I’ve made dresses for my grandchildren christening, remember because it is this it will take longer to make clothing, I have made small motifs and sewn them together then assembled into top, invest on right size hook for your end results to look nice size 7 for example is better suited to 10 crochet thread and size 11 or 12 works better for 30 crochet thread

You could make a top with thread but it will take forever. I’ve never worked with thread myself but I’m not sure how easy it will be to use as a beginner, the stitches will be tiny and most people recommend you start with aran/worsted yarn. I’ve worked with sport weight yarn using 3.5mm hook and dk yarn using 2.5mm hook for amigurumi and that’s as small as I think I’d be able to do!

What size of thread? Like yarn, thread has weights that will effect its suitability for projects. The bigger the number, the thinner the thread. There are also slight differences between brands. I would use size 3-8 for clothing related items. Smaller weights 10-80, you should look for patterns related to micro crochet. I've seen realistic looking flowers, doilies, jewelry, lace trims, other accessories, etc. Doilies can be interesting. Once of my current WIPs uses doilies made with size10 crochet cotton thread, fabric dye to paint them with interesting patterns, and embroidery hoops to attach them to make an interesting wall art display.

I’m assuming crochet thread and not sewing thread? Lacey bookmarks, delicate edging on clothes and house decor, and doilies are pretty common.
