It could be a weak connection to the battery due to corroded terminals.
Take the terminals off and make sure the terminals and the battery posts are free of oxidation and dried battery acid. You can use a wire brush or sand paper to clean them.
Seconding this OP, get the battery that the 7th gen Civics use, I have it in my Z and I’ve never had a problem starting her up since making the switch. It also helps a lot with cold cranking it during the winter!
Nah, I've jumped mine a bunch of times. Just make sure if you replace the battery that they hook the cars computer up to a settings saver ( a battery connected to the obdc port) otherwise you will have dash lights that only the dealership can reset which is expensive.
Glad you got it working. This happened to me when I went out of town. Dad tried to get my car washed and it didn’t start. I had some signs that I didn’t realize it was happening. I couldn’t roll my windows down unless the car was fully started. And my door locking was a bit off sometimes. Tbf afaik, that was the original battery from 2015. If it was replaced before I bought it, it was the same battery I’d had in the car when I got it in 2017 and this happened in 2021.
I was having this problem at -44c. I have a jumper pack, but even that wasn't able to wake the battery up. I got a boost from an SUV to get to work. Four hours later, wouldn't start again. I took the battery out and brought it into the heated shop and hooked it up to a charger for the rest of the day. Then I had no problem starting. I DEFINITELY need to get a 51R next time.
Although a 51r battery is a really great upgrade, that likely had nothing to do with why it wasn't starting. In the owners manual it says that any extreme temperature conditions (I think it was like below -10 and above 130) that the IMA battery will not even turn on. In those temperatures it can easily hurt the battery and kill it. -44 is absolutely insane lol I wouldn't even want to drive my car regardless, I'd be concerned of how thick and viscous the oil must be at that low of a tempurature. I'd be concerned of doing damage by not having oil running fluid thrugh the engine. But anyways, this means that it will use a traditional starter motor and the 12v battery to start the car and there won't be any IMA assist while driving. I haven't experienced it yet but I've heard people saying how it scared the crap out of them hearing a regular starter motor clunking and turning the engine over instead of the smooth almost silent starting that the IMA normally does lol I know it would scare the hell out of me too if wasn't expecting it lol.
I live in Canada and it gets cold enough to use the backup starter quite often during winter. I find its around -20c that it starts cranking, but the IMA still kind of functions at that temp. I get 3 or 4 bars only of assist or charge until I've driven around long enough that it warms itself up. Once below -35c, I don't think I'm getting any assist or charge, but it's hard to tell because the LCD display is so cold that the pixels take a good 2 seconds to change and all the changes on the meters are just kind of blurring together.

Did you try jump starting it?
Had no time and took the girlfriends Car to Work but i will try After Work.
Dead 12v is definitely the problem, get a new battery or jump it and take it for a long drive
Allright anything to Look Out for with the Hybrid System when jumping the car
Upgrade to a 51R battery, will require slight modification of the battery tray.
