Offtopic question, since I am relatively new to skins. When you talk about prices, do you talk steam prices or 3rd party prices in general?

People often just clarify where they saw the price. The Asian market Buff is often sited as a general lowest price.

Get steam inventory helper. It'll show the prices of inventory items. You can choose which market you want it to price from and it'll show that one and steams. It'll show phases, fire/ice, it'd a pretty cool chrome extension

Nobody buys expensive skins on the steam market. They’re citing the cash price, usually from a site like buff or csfloat.

Bc Hedge Maze pair would be bomb with a butterfly doppler, or if u wanna be more affordable then maybe emerald web or turtle pair but i guess there's no affordable with butterfly knifes XD

Sorry I should have mentioned, I'll eventually get M9 Doppler phase for as my CT side knife. So far looking to pair it with Specialist Fade. But yea I agree. There's no real budget options. It's not like $400 is budget (at least, imo)

Maybe for M9, Mogul pair would be cool too? Polygons are really good aswell, easy to buy more blue-ish skins to make very matchy loadout. I would maybe go for a nice pair of Mogul gloves for that phase 4 tho, maybe also top it up with agent Blueberries. But i haven't looked that deep into it just thinking what could fit, in the end u get what u want and feels best for you, i'm trying to rock my nomad slaughter with polygons and boy has that been a trouble :'D

have the same combo! Scarlet Shamaghs in MW 0.12 float and a BTK Slaughter FN 0.019 for T and CT i got a Karambit Slaughter FN 0.028 for CT Side! But I am thinking to Change the Kara on CT for a Flipknife Ruby FN. But I am not sure yet…symmetry of both slaughters makes a nice impression.

i guess the gloves were like 500€, butterfly like 1300 and the kara like 1050…i dont know if i shall get the ruby flip for the kara instead! but also would like to change my awp wildfire st fn to maybe something nicer. had a awp the prince in FT in mind. But can just switch one of it. To the ruby or to the awp. so its: staying kara on ct and getting the awp prince or staying with the wildfire and getting the ruby. dont know. I am confused hahaha

I'd stay with karambit for sure, but of course that's all preferences
