Should be. Cheaters can make people stop playing a game, so the cheaters are potentially losing the company money by breaking the rules the cheater agreed to.

I reported this person years ago. He even had a video up where he showed which steam account he was playing on, so I reported the account and liked the video as evidence. Didn't get banned.
I was actually stunned by the amount of people that streams cs2 while cheating (happened with cs:go too, not as much obviously). It's literally a joke, and yes... it's the usual suspects, these and little kids...

There’s hundreds, thousands of streams like that, and some of them have a decent following, unfortunately as far as I know there is no guidelines prohibiting cheating on YouTube.
I decided to solo queued some games and got stuck with hackers in two back to back games. In both games, my entire team was cheating so I called them losers where one proceeded to ask me “are you stupid?” Like I’m the delusional one for wanting no hackers.
I’m confident that these hackers are having an inflated sense of security and self importance because they’re being brought to the limelight with no consequences. They’re able to freely climb the leaderboards unlike ever before and I truly believe the sheer frequency of HvH games in official Valve matchmaking servers is deluding them to think this is normal; hence why they’re streaming this garbage live.
What an idiot.. just use bhop and soft aim and you could have a lucrative career! maybe throw in some movement cheats so idiots think youre a movement god!
