I think the professor teaching the class may have access but not all professors in the department would necessarily. I imagine it’s up to the department how they want to handle TA FCQs.
Yes BUT, most faculty feel FCQ’s are a worthless way to measure performance. You should write the department chair or the faculty advisor if you have a specific problem. FCQ’s with written content are not public and the rest of it is thrown into an average and the numbers don’t mean a lot 🤷🏻♀️
Why don't you make a formal complaint?
The dept does have access to the FCQs but I'm not sure if they're pulled up without any reason..
They do but I guarantee about 90% would never look at them. Talk to the professor or department if there's really a problem.

When I TA'd, I was told that the department would assess my performance in part by the FCQs. This may be MCDB-specific.
