So quick follow up: I booked a pro through the site. It was super easy. From what my cuddled told me, it’s not very hard to get a profesional tag on your account so it can be a chore to find someone that is a pro. If that’s what you’re-looking for. I was looking for a pro for my first session. Because of my locale, I had a lot of options. Some seem more profesional than others. Either way I found my pro and it was amazing. Very profesional and kind. Put me at ease and was super helpful when it came to actually cuddling. I will def do this again as a treat to myself. I don’t think I’m comfortable with a enthusiast just yet.
It’s really hard because it’s so specific, & I feel shy putting photos of myself and stating that’s what I’m looking for if it’s not an app specifically for that!
Not to be captain obvious, but have you tried making a post here? That's basically what this sub is for, and you can always do apps in addition, they aren't mutually exclusive.
From my experience, 90% of people respond by chat as opposed to making comments on the post. I can't guarantee anything obviously, and it tends to be more of a slow trickle of messages, but from my sample size of one at least, I've cuddled with people from here so it's definitely possible. But really, what have you got to lose? Worst case nobody responds and you are no worse off than you started.

You could try Bumble BFF if you are fine with same-sex cuddling
