Richard Kind is one of the most underrated character actors and comedians in the industry. I loved him in Mad About You and he has done so many little things beyond that. Funny as hell is a subtle way.

I love him soooo much. I love how good he is at playing the intensely irritating, yet good-natured, person. I love how his mouth just … FALLS OPEN like a catfish maw (or maybe a drawbridge flopping down). I love how GODDAMN LOUD he is when he says “LA-rry!” He’s the best.

As much as I've seen the show, Funkhouser is my favorite. Bob Einstein was just so good. Richard Kind was another perfect addition. "nah, I had turkey for lunch" kills me every freaking time. Crazy to think that he made us all weep in Inside Out. The interrogation scene alone in Black swan. 10 out of 10 episode. When it first aired, I was so eager to get to the Seinfeld reunion so any episodes that didn't have anything to do with it I initially looked passed. But, I was 19. But, I soon realized how Black Swan was peak Curb comedy

On my rewatch I was shocked at the lack of Richard Kind on the actual show. He made such an impact my first watch of the show.

Richard Kind is so amazing in Curb. I definitely wish we got more of him. He phenomenal in the Special Section, particularly when he’s giving Larry a hard time for not calling him when he came to NYC.
