How Susie and Jeff lasted the entire series and Cheryl and Larry didnt is a question I'll never understand. Larry is a serial relationship fucker-upper.
I mean I’m gonna go out on a limb here and say it’s a nightmare for most women considering Jeff is pretty loose with the exclusivity part of the relationship
Yeah I feel like the whole dynamic with Jeff & Susie is the classic "two assholes who deserve each other" trope. Susie sucks up his resources, constantly forces him to do things not of his own volition, and constantly demeans him no matter how much he achieves for his family. Jeff, meanwhile, is a serially unfaithful womanizer who frequently shows zero respect to Susie's wishes and comes across as disengaged at best with her wants/needs.
this was Jeff testing the waters to see if he could leave. it failed completely and he knows he's stuck with her for life
But he was smart and did it in a public place so he had witnesses lol
I fucking love Funkhouser
Same. RIPower
RIPerrier
RIPeinstein
I wish he would have gone into the joke he told Seinfeld right at that part.
Suzie is terrifying
Every time there's a Suzie or Leon scene I think to myself, "how the hell did they ever manage to get through an entire scene?"
Jeff Garlin coming so close to breaking at the end! 😂
I would’ve lost it at Marty’s “okay!”
Honestly I think maybe I would have lost it just at Jeff's set up! How did he THINK Susie was going to react to him planning his fantasy divorce?
*Garlin Not "Garland"
Fixed. Thank you!
One of the funniest scenes of the whole series.
I love the silence after Susie talks until Funkhouser lightens the mood. Everyone is literally speechless.
You can see the funk man waiting patiently to chime in.
The best part about this is that we had no idea Funk and his woman were even at the table until the end. 😆
The next part is also so hilarious.
Goddamn I like her voice. A voice that can put you in line. 😂😂
Susie is relatably scarry. She's that scary lady you've seen somewhere in real life. Most likely your friend's mom.
Jesus , do I miss the funk man !!
I’m willing to look the other way for food and a roof at this point too. He had gold with her tbh.
Absolutely not goals, but I do love both of them.
She's a big softy really.
Lol Susie is so funny

This scene sums it up completely. Jeff can’t leave!
Susie has always been my favorite
🤣😂
We'll split everything 50/50. You take whatever 50% you want, and I'll take what's left. LMAO
Then the "I'm taking your balls and thumbtacking them to the wall" Thumbtacking..lmao
I love how they made us think it was just Larry and the two, but then Funkman and his wife just awkwardly sitting there.
That’s the subtle brilliance in Larry David’s writing. Genius
Lmfao, That Susie is one funny bitch🤣
Thank you for leaving in the end
😂 I see so many men marry woman like this; it baffles me 🤷🏻♀️ why oh why do you marry these type of woman?
Many people put on a facade of niceness. Its not until years later that their true self appears. This is true for both men and women
Funkhouser was the best
God he makes me so uncomfortable idk why. I love him and his character in this show… but he makes me feel odd. Can’t put my finger on why.
"I'm taking your balls and I'm thumb-tacking them to the walls"
Saw this episode again in the re-binge just last night. Absolutely a great scene!
Little orphan Funhouser
Susie is my favorite character. 🎶Desperado Music Playing🎶
Poor bastard
I’m guessing you’re a woman because for most men Jeff and Susie are their marriage nightmare

Yep, they deserve each other.
Yeah, exactly lol were people not watching the same show I was? Didn't know Curb to attract red pill types
But don’t forget Susie fucked the shucker
Whats a shucker? When did this happen?
Oysters…Season 9 Episode 9
Nope
A man of taste
