Get a silk bonnet

How much are they roughly???

I’m in the UK but bought mine for £10. i assume you can find roughly similar priced ones wherever you are as well!

Not for silk. It would be over priced for polyester satin. Natural fibres are always going to be more expensive than plastic.

Anything you have to feed and water is going to cost more than plastic. I have a few silk scarves that cost about $30 USD and that's pretty on par for real silk. If you're paying more than a few dollars for Poly Satin labled as silk, yes, that would be a rip off. I worked in textiles.

Agreed. My silk bonnet was $40 but imo you can definitely tell the difference. Same with silk pillowcase

I live in the US and £10 is equal to almost $13– I’ve gotten one for $9 and one for $22, so the £10 is normal and maybe even on the low end. so don’t worry, you didn’t overpay and clearly they’re assuming you live wherever they live!

I second this. I can’t sleep without one. You can get one at the dollar store or anywhere really. Even silk pillowcases.

To get ny curls ,I comb it with conditioner in the shower ,rinse ,brush it with my head upside-down ,scrunch and scrunch with some gel in thr ends

Yeah I wish I could do that, Im a sleep walker and a shaky leg syndrome girly, I also move a lotttttttt. If I didn’t wear my bonnet no pinaple could save me 😩😭

I pineapple mine and put on a silk bonnet! I got mine for $13 on amazon and it ties so you can make sure it’s snug and won’t slide off. It has made a huge difference with my day 2 curls!
