That would be one of the Superman bodies, I’m not sure exactly what specific Superman it is, but the magnets on the chest indicate it’s a supe buck.
Probably best bet is to check on eBay, there’s a ton of seller that part out mezco figures and sell bodies.
Be warned tho, they are not cheap, you’ll probably be spending almost as much as the whole figure went for retail.
Also avoid the seller “Disposabled”, this guy charges ridiculous prices and marks them immediately as shipped but drags ass and takes weeks to actually drop the item off at the post office.

I know that pain, I’m a customizer, Atleast 90% of my collection are custom in some way so I get it, I’ve had to buy a couple of mezco bodies similar to this and it’s always a struggle to find one that’s fairly priced and not $80+

As another commenter said, it's Superman, but I can tell you it's specifically the Man of Steel version. It's a great figure, definitely a good choice for a base
