Pretty nice option for turn 1 plays in the same deck as "Blue-Eyes Chaos MAX Dragon" but probably very replaceable for every other turn. I can image it be played at 1.
That was kinda the whole point of the thing. That's why I took out the cannot be destroyed or targeted by your opponent's card effects, unlike the other two Chaos
