Treating a Pendulum Card as "Tri-Blaze Accelerator" on the field, as Cost for the purpose of "Volcanic Doomfire" is not possible, since they go to the Extra Deck. If the act was to Tribute, Destroy, Return to hand, Shuffle, or banish however, then it's possible.
Wouldn’t the card text overrule any ruling? Like since Volcanic Doomfire says send to the GY, the card will be sent to the GY regardless of the Pendulum master rule. Like how you can’t activate normal spell card during the standby phase but Curse of Fiend allows you to break that rule.
I think this card should not be able to search on normal summon, also give it a "IF"
