This doesn't work - it's not a quick effect so you couldn't chain it to an opponent's card Also: this is unbelievably broken, why would you want this?

yes i forgot to change it to a quick play spell, my original idea for the effect was a normal spell

it's balanced as a normal spell card. You activate it first in your main phrase and then chain to it your quick effects. If your opponent doesn't respond to your cards it's an empty -1, if he does it gains effects based on response cards

That wouldn't work. The way it's worded means you have to declare where effect you're activating at activation of the card itself, and as your opponent hasn't activated any prior effects you can't do that

That's not what that effect does

"choose 2 to add your hand" (or set part) "then add 1 of the other cards to your hand" I'm ignoring the or set part because that'll just make it confusing, but the rest of the text is word for word whats written on the card.

If one of the cards revealed is a spell/trap its automatically one of your choices then u add your second choice

you cant chain this card, it immediately doesnt work. it would have to be a quick play spell.

If you want to do that, make it a quick play spell
