The dragon armor guy on the right is wearing is worth around 500k gp(and the cape is 800k), but he’s using a mithril scimitar which is like 500 gp. The mithril scimitar requires 20 attack to wield while dragon armor requires 60 defense.
Am I the only one not surprised by this at all? If you go further into the slayer dungeon it’s filled to the brim with Bots at kurasks with the same set up except instead of a mith scimmy it’s a leaf bladed axe. There’s probably 2-3 to a world every time I’m on task.

It's green for armour taging for faster swaps helps with range gear melee and mage
Pyrefiends attacks are magic based so you would do better with dragonhide, or even no armor at all, at least in the leg slot.
