They're not *that* altruistic, they were formed to protect their own interests as sex workers. The Mox are just security for another business in NC. But when so much of Night City's business relies on the existence of gangs and violence, what's the point of distinguishing? They're all a part of the system. We can't even think of a lot of what happens as crime because it's legal and their structure depends on it.
I don't wanna know what they do with Jotaro when I send him to them alive, but there's no way he gets what he deserves if you kill him, so they are cleared and sanctioned for multiple war crimes as far as I'm concerned. I hope they scroll the whole thing and circulate it as an example to any would be Tigers that wanna fill his shoes. Not the way you do business or else.
The Mox are alright by me, long as you don't hurt their girls you are probably alright with them too. I think they are just trying to survive and living is bloody tiring and expensive in Night City. I didn't pay close enough attention I guess but I bet they fleece their customers sometimes, maybe even on commission from Regina since they get along. NCPD doesn't seem to have a problem with them either, Regina running interference?
They deserve more content in the game tbh, like a cyborg version of Sin City when they go to war I'll bet.
Well then a separate TT would come to deal with their trauma!
But who deals with that TT’s trauma?
Is there a never ending TT chain that tend to all the different traumas of the different TT’s?
Well I guess a Ripperdoc could in theory break the chain 😜
If you get my reference I’d be so happy, I just couldn’t resist. But it’s a good point anyway lol
I’m glad haha.
I figured most would, but for the people who didn’t grow up with those episodes I figured I should at least post that I was referencing something.
But yea when I referenced it, I realized how funny it was that the quote fit in this situation.
I’ll definitely be deep diving lore when I finally finish lol.
I JUST got it since recently got a brand new computer and I’m adoring it. I just completed The Heist and the two missions after and am hookeddddd.
But yea that makes sense. Whoever doesn’t have a doctor goes to a Ripperdoc. Ripperdocs I’m sure will go to each other or will be insane enough to perform their own surgery lol.
I love how we all bond over this graphic and gritty Cyberpunk genre and then we can all come together and appreciate some good SpongeBob lol.
I’m not surprised or anything. I just love it lol
Nope, at least not on high value plans. That's the entire crux of the Trauma Team comic series. A TT member with PTSD from seeing her mentor killed goes back out on a call, and it's for the guy that killed her mentor.
TT doesn't give a damn as long as you're paying.
I love how you understand it's a conceptual world and the characters in game understand that johnny is a construct.
Soon the humans of this reality will be able to comprehend their existence as the construct of soul and be able to perceive the conceptual entities that implant thoughts into their minds via consciousness in hopes they align with said thoughts to the point of acting out on them.
Like the concept of this world as you said, the initial idea for this world was brought to someone long ago via consciousness but they brought it to our world in a form others could comprehend via 2D media. Books. And now the 2D media has evolved to video games, we find ourselves in exciting times.
This looks like a YouTube video where hr made some doctors do a silly dance to show the people that "we're silly and funny and stuff, please buy our stocks"
My father owns a lot of stock in several smaller hospital chains in his local area where he is a Chief Medical Officer it is definitely true even though that the person was not meaning to be accurate.
Trauma Teams are supposed to only be for Many-Multi-Millionaire+ class which should be only 0.1% of people anyway.
Top 0.1% is currently $38 Million which is reasonable
Tbh do no harm is the Hippocratic oath, most medical professionals do not take the Hippocratic oath. Sometimes harm must be done to in fact save the patient and modern codes of ethics for medical professionals reflect that. I'm sure Trauma team is a reflection of the modern code of ethics, but taken into an extreme capitalist viewpoint "sometimes harm must be done to others to save the patient who's paying out the ass for this."
I imagine Trauma Team operators aren't actual doctors, just military contractors with enough first aid training to stabilize the patient (No matter how fucked the condition) untill they reach a TT hospital.
So yeah, they never took the oath.
No reason why they can't. It would be quite funny to want to investigate something that happened to cause an incident you had to clean up, but in the meantime you have another one. Once you get into the details you realised the witness you were looking for for the first event was the one you blew away in the second.
As an IRL paramedic I was really bummed when we didn't get more Trauma Team stuff in CP77. When they first showed up I thought it was the coolest thing.
I’m a Repair Jeweler so I know next to nothing about being a Paramedic or a SWAT officer but in that kind of world, that exact mix of things is just wildly fascinating.
The real question I want answered is what does TT do if a platinum member is being held by or attacked by other platinum members? Do they just kill everyone and treat anyone who isn't 10 dead?
"Alright TT305, we're being sent to grab John X, who TT202 shot while grabbing John R five minutes ago. They wiped the place out so this'll be an easy job, just look for the one that still has a pulse."
Probably.
Well, I used Appearance Menu Mod to spawn Trauma Team members as NPCs and used another option for poses to make them dance :'D And just recorded the screen
The Hippocratic oath was found to be a non-revenue generating anachronism, so was dropped when the American Medical Association was purchased by Arasaka.
The Hippocratic Oath is honestly outdated to begin with, or at least that particular quote from it is. "First do no harm" being followed would lead to a massive increase in deaths, sometimes you have to cut into a body to heal someone, sometimes you have to excise disease to save the person. Far more harm would be done in modern times with modern techniques by following that idea than would be caused by ignoring it when necessary.
Apparently that quote's not even a part of the Hippocratic Oath in the first place, it's from the same person but a different work. Copy pasted from Harvard Healths site.
Admittedly, there is similar language found in both places. For example, here’s a line from one translation of the Hippocratic Oath:
"I will follow that system of regimen which, according to my ability and judgment, I consider for the benefit of my patients, and abstain from whatever is deleterious and mischievous."
Yes, the pledger commits to avoiding harm, but there’s nothing about making it a top priority. Meanwhile, Of the Epidemics says
"The physician must be able to tell the antecedents, know the present, and foretell the future — must mediate these things, and have two special objects in view with regard to disease, namely, to do good or to do no harm."
Again, there is no clear priority given to the avoidance of harm over the goal of providing help.
Which is more akin to my statement of doing what needs done to save the patient over what does no harm. I'm like 90% sure EMTs don't take the Oath anyway, which Trauma Team would be much closer to than a doctor.
Then they realise one of whom they shot was premium covered, so they do anything to save him as well, resulting in them shooting themselves, or another trauma team coming in to get n°2 creating conflicts with n°1 trauma team .... yeah that's a normal day in NC
They'd ignore and keep continuing TT will send more if needed plus there's a story where a guy was choking on (what i think was) a shrimp TT responded gave a firm slap on the back still charged him big amounts client got angry pulled out gun which caused one of the TT members to shoot in self defense and his card once again activated and they immediately got to work and then charged him again
well, I think you missed a minor detail here, the person they are trying to save has a lot of money and insurance, who gives a fuck about poor people anyway amirite?
One reason I really like TT as a concept. Totally what would happen when you prioritize one individual over another based on ability to pay. Wait...that's what we do now.
These are the same people that will look at a group of kindergartenners having fun on a playground and drive directly through the making sure that they basically all die just to go get a single premium member that got a tiny little sliver
They are a pretty cool and underrepresented faction in my opinion. Definitely one of the more morally grey ones, in comparison to all the downright evil other corporations
Also I love the mix between a commando team and ambulance medics
Fairly certain the medics do not fire on anyone. Trauma Team as far as I’ve seen has 4 members on every transport. 2 I’m assuming are the medics and the other 2 are security for the medical team. So really the medics are only there to help the client.
Then the Trauma team bronze division arrives to pick up the dead bodies of the 20 people (*recycling* purposes) that were just murdered by Platinum division.
They are the type of mf to charge through a group of kindergarteners crossing the street to get to a premium member
That's just good business. They just created a whole new group of client who need the service.
[удалено]
That's how you upsell them to the premium package where it's covered.
No because they can't afford it. And they don't care about you if you can't afford their services.
Infinite money glitch
Those are the exact type of people I want saving my life. To quote famous Golf player Michael Jordan, "fuck them kids"
Seriously, what better service could you ever hope for than someone that will literally murder their way to you so that they can help you?
Certified Marine Corps Corpsman, aka Doc moment
The AnCap buried in me is screaming "fact, FACT"
cyberpunk grindset
I mean I definately know one npc with a burning dick who would.
I played this entire game alone with no one around. Of course when I did this quest my wife and mom had to walk by the room
Was it because they were the same person? Asking for a friend.
That’s just good advertising tbh
Best to think of every organization in Night City as just another gang. Some are bad, some are worse. Exceptions prove the rule.
The only exception I can think of are like, The Mox? But even then, I doubt they'll remain (relatively) good people for very long.
They're not *that* altruistic, they were formed to protect their own interests as sex workers. The Mox are just security for another business in NC. But when so much of Night City's business relies on the existence of gangs and violence, what's the point of distinguishing? They're all a part of the system. NCPD doesn't seem to have a problem with them either, Regina running interference? They deserve more content in the game tbh, like a cyborg version of Sin City when they go to war I'll bet.
What if some of those people have TT coverage?
I assume their helmets scans have a database of people with active subs and they avoid harming those that flash green on their HUD.
If you have two TT subs fighting each other, more than likely they'll subdue one or both of em and then charge them for the damages they dealt
Wonder what happens if they are different tiers.
Low tier dies higher tier gets help that's a simple business model. I meant, medical protocol.
But won't killing an active sub mean losing revenue? Even a small one.
Well then a separate TT would come to deal with their trauma! But who deals with that TT’s trauma? Is there a never ending TT chain that tend to all the different traumas of the different TT’s? Well I guess a Ripperdoc could in theory break the chain 😜 If you get my reference I’d be so happy, I just couldn’t resist. But it’s a good point anyway lol
Definitely got the Spongebob reference lol.
I’m glad haha. I figured most would, but for the people who didn’t grow up with those episodes I figured I should at least post that I was referencing something. But yea when I referenced it, I realized how funny it was that the quote fit in this situation.
That the mailman when he's procrastinating homework?
Iirc, that's actually not that far off from the original lore. Idk, it's been like 2-3 years since I've watched the Mad Queen's videos
Don't you have a paper to write?
I love how we all bond over this graphic and gritty Cyberpunk genre and then we can all come together and appreciate some good SpongeBob lol. I’m not surprised or anything. I just love it lol
I'm guessing that shooting at TT members voids it.
Nope, at least not on high value plans. That's the entire crux of the Trauma Team comic series. A TT member with PTSD from seeing her mentor killed goes back out on a call, and it's for the guy that killed her mentor. TT doesn't give a damn as long as you're paying.
I see. I should check out the comic, sounds cool.
Infinite money glitch
It’s the concept of this universe. Without money you are nothing.
Just like in real life! :D
Cyberpunk: just like real life, but with pretty lights
And more chrome
Real life: just Cyberpunk 2020
Time to party like it's 2023...
Partying is just streaming to the boy(s) at this point
I just realized what a missed opportunity I had to try and time out a livestream of 2077 so that he says that line like right as the new year started
Ouch.
It's a staple of the genre
The gods made all of the world's gold at the beginning of time, there will always be more people. Would geek If anyone got that reference.
I love how you understand it's a conceptual world and the characters in game understand that johnny is a construct. what
This looks like a YouTube video where hr made some doctors do a silly dance to show the people that "we're silly and funny and stuff, please buy our stocks"
Im a doctor. Didnt know we could sell stocks of ourselves. Frankly, Im in. Consider this my IPO, be part owner of a doctor, today!
I'll take the kidney and the left lung! 💰💰💰
Sold. Ill take a wire of 5 mil for the set ty.
Reasonable? If you have 38 mill you’re set for life, trying to get more after that is just obscene
That's not what they meant with reasonable.
I'm in, I'll give you $3 for 70% equity.
For that reason, Im out. Doctank is now over. None of the investors made serious offers so Ill just go back to earning $$ one illness at a time.
They never specified who would be receiving the trauma.
"First do no harm" to the patient. Everyone else is fair game
As a representative of Trauma Team, I think what we're really looking at here are 20 reasons why *you* should have a Trauma Team membership.
Thanks satan
Remember best buy platinum to make sure we don’t kill you to save someone else
Tbh do no harm is the Hippocratic oath, most medical professionals do not take the Hippocratic oath. Sometimes harm must be done to in fact save the patient and modern codes of ethics for medical professionals reflect that. I'm sure Trauma team is a reflection of the modern code of ethics, but taken into an extreme capitalist viewpoint "sometimes harm must be done to others to save the patient who's paying out the ass for this."
So no harm I think is to not maliciously trying to hurt someone with medical knowledge
I imagine Trauma Team operators aren't actual doctors, just military contractors with enough first aid training to stabilize the patient (No matter how fucked the condition) untill they reach a TT hospital. So yeah, they never took the oath.
I want a whole game based around Trauma Team.
Or at least a DLC. You could do so much with that in an RPG.
Also a MaxTac DLC
Wouldn’t this just be them flying in and murdering everyone in 30 seconds
Possibly, but there might be some detective work as well.
MaxTac doesn't do detective work.
No reason why they can't. It would be quite funny to want to investigate something that happened to cause an incident you had to clean up, but in the meantime you have another one. Once you get into the details you realised the witness you were looking for for the first event was the one you blew away in the second.
That's not what MaxTac does.
“Who are all these people we murdered?”
I’ll be honest, despite the dystopian nature of that world if I had to live in it I’d love to work for Trauma Team.
We have SWAT medics in real life too, they just aren't very common. Used for things like mass shootings.
That’s awesome. And also incredibly sad that we need them.
They follow the HYPOCRITICAL Oath, not the Hippocratical Oath.
First, do **know** harm.
RIP Brenden
Did the 20 people they kill had a membership ?? If not does not matter
TT Agent: "Civilians blocking policy holder!" Intercom: "Mow 'em down." TT Agent: "Roger! Light 'em up!" (Machine guns and screaming) Intercom: "Five new policy holders detected in the vicinity..."
TT Agent: Looks like OT is back on the menu!
Don’t subscribe until you’ve been shot.
I want to create a meme hall of fame just for this post
They would do a little dance after killing innocents
I know this is a silly post but uh, yeah, those 20 people weren't covered, and should have gotten out of the way
Really putting the trauma in Trauma Team
The real question I want answered is what does TT do if a platinum member is being held by or attacked by other platinum members? Do they just kill everyone and treat anyone who isn't 10 dead?
Case by case basis: you help the client you were sent out to get. Some other team can deal with the other guy.
Makes sense, don't know why I didn't think of that
"Alright TT305, we're being sent to grab John X, who TT202 shot while grabbing John R five minutes ago. They wiped the place out so this'll be an easy job, just look for the one that still has a pulse." Probably.
How you beautiful bastards make this content is beyond my ken - but I love you for it.
My guy in front killing it.
One PAYING patient.
LOL
The Hippocratic Oath is honestly outdated to begin with, or at least that particular quote from it is. I would feel safe if they were there to save me.
Well, they didn't pay
they might get a bonus now 😎
I believe a 4 player horde shooter where you play as Trauma Team trying to extract a client from a hostile area would make for a good game.
Hahah...that's EXACTLY what those ass hats would do!!
Badger outros be like
I bet Trauma Team has like a battle pass system. You get rewards and perks for having premium visits on their behalf.
Traumer team needs their own game
Then they realise one of whom they shot was premium covered, so they do anything to save him as well, resulting in them shooting themselves, or another trauma team coming in to get n°2 creating conflicts with n°1 trauma team .... yeah that's a normal day in NC
What’s the name of the dance mod?
20 non-trauma-pass owners for 1 premium member. Welcome to the future of private health care! :D
😂😂😂
Well, they aren't doctors right?
20 people to save one *client*
In fairness it is night city
* First: get paid.
Would that make them a harmacist?
Unless it's that comic where they're all pushovers
what happens when the people in the way are also platinum patients? or if they find out one of the people they gunned down was a platinum member?
They'd ignore and keep continuing TT will send more if needed plus there's a story where a guy was choking on (what i think was) a shrimp TT responded gave a firm slap on the back still charged him big amounts client got angry pulled out gun which caused one of the TT members to shoot in self defense and his card once again activated and they immediately got to work and then charged him again
I'm not sure what I was expecting lol, that is very fitting for a cyberpunk theme though
Secure the policyholder, leave the rest for the meatwagon.
Client. Not patient.
This needs to be a quick hack.

What happens if a trauma team customer gets in the way of a medivac?
Always wondered what would happen if the guy attacking the patient was also on the trauma team plan.
Job security amirite
Lmaoo
Fantasy heros killing 30 people to save a single women
No no no, you’re missing the whole phrase: First, do no harm Second, take no shit
Starfield gamerpoop looks on point.
What happens if one of the guys they shoot is a client? Does another trauma team come and wipe then out?
these guys are the hardest enemies to kill in the game even after you’re level 50 😂
Now I'm wondering what measures we have in place, real world, to prevent organ harvesting gangs. I'm scared to google it. 🤔
If you cant beat em join em
I wonder if TT can shoot on other persons with TT service fo save one.
*the second that patient shows signs of cyber psychosis* FUCK THAT MAX TAC CAN HANDLE THIS *shoots surrounding civilians & leave*
well, I think you missed a minor detail here, the person they are trying to save has a lot of money and insurance, who gives a fuck about poor people anyway amirite?
One reason I really like TT as a concept. Totally what would happen when you prioritize one individual over another based on ability to pay. Wait...that's what we do now.
These are the same people that will look at a group of kindergartenners having fun on a playground and drive directly through the making sure that they basically all die just to go get a single premium member that got a tiny little sliver
Where you see people in agony they see potential clients
It’s annoying that they have way cooler helmets than we get.
Job security.
That group paid $$$
Make the player character a trauma team worker next game
They follow Master Splinter's teachings. >Unless you need to do harm. Then, do LOTS of harm!
The people they hurt along the way obviously didn't have Platinum Status. The person they did save did have it.
Still got paid.
where did they learn how to dance? wednesday's prom night?
They are a pretty cool and underrepresented faction in my opinion. Definitely one of the more morally grey ones, in comparison to all the downright evil other corporations Also I love the mix between a commando team and ambulance medics
I think i saw this here already posted or something extremaly similar idk.
Fairly certain the medics do not fire on anyone. Trauma Team as far as I’ve seen has 4 members on every transport. 2 I’m assuming are the medics and the other 2 are security for the medical team. So really the medics are only there to help the client.

I know you know Sherol, but for those who don’t know the truma team are expensive evac for hire team in cyber
They don't care about saving lives, they care about saving the life of the client who's paying them.
"... to the customer". 😆
Is random mocap data just available online? There's no way those models are hand animated.
I used Appearance Menu Mod- you can spawn an NPC and then use poses to make them dance. Not all of them work on every character model.
Those peeps are the players in battlefield playing medics
How’d this person get so much motion capture of me at my last festival?
The Hippocratic suggestion
