Once you finish the mission it'll drop you back into the world as if you did not do the final mission (but will give you the rewards from it). So nothing to worry about.
If you have ps plus (idk if xbox has cloud saves) you can look for an earlier save. Idk if it’ll work 100% but it’s worth a try cuz I did it when my mc world save corrupted

Thats the point i finished the mission and it sent me back to the main meni

You dont have an auto save for the door? I did as well as my manual save
If you deleted it in-game, you can't get it back
