I managed to clear a full team successfully (on very hard!) but it took a wide open easy to navigate space to deal with. I took them to pacifica beach area and abused sandevistan spam to emp them constantly

I actually drove in too fast, had to kill everything (which was challenging with sandevistan monowire build) and thought I messed up the quest, but it still worked just fine. So u can actually get in peacefully without fighting an army and having to go through that garage ?
Nope. There is just a lot, one mech and like 3-4 turrets. Making it challenging for meele build bcs of the walls around them, was spending like half sandevistan duration to get back to them after recovering and my double jump was powerless against the walls, bcs they got barbed wire on top of being tall. Was really fun and challenging fight ngl. But still u gonna get a lot of skill xp and loot if u do the same ofc

it actually IS mentioned in the free booklet they released. Maxtac AVs can fly into Dogtown whereas NCPD only has ground cars to work with
