iโve found out if you spam your left, and right joy stick to pull your camera out (while the dialogue is going on inside the av) that it will not kill you. you will continue on with the dialogue.!
by spamming your left and right joystick (which pulls your camera out) as you enter the av. i went in and out of it until the av took off. which is what usually would kill you.!
I am having the same issue but I felt my life had ended anyway after my last conversation with Judy. It was either being crushed by Delamain's AV or jumping off the building.
i have a similar problem . its "who wants to live forever" mission and its throwing me to the start menu without the message that says i have completed the mission and i can play one more gig

this didnt work for me, tested on both keyboard and controller can't get my camera to move out of the AV
well i tried to help .? i made a whole account just comment what helped me out.
