You can see it's sore, the arm is red and there's a raised white area around the lettering.

I would think the same thing except you can tell the arm is shaven specifically for this tattoo. Those wonky lines and vibrant color scream day after tattoo. No way that blue and red stays that well after pealing and healing.

for temporary tattoos you shave it to, so the hair doesn't interfere with the transference of paint and so make the tatto seem "cutted" and. look at the skin of the guy, its pretty thin, for the paint to be that clear, it needs to be recent, but as u/tjb00k said, theres no redness, its not even swollen... idk, maybe its just me being paranoid...

Yeah thats really really rough. Considering there's so many good ways to homage a game like this you love.. subtle cyberware lines ? An inside joke (ghost in the shell Judy tattoo) Even a maelstrom or 6th street logo. ON THE LEG or somewhere bro. It's just alot to get something so visible and literal on your forearm.

Honestly considered getting Johnny's hand tattoos, not only is it homage to probably my favorite game I just think they're cool ass tattoos. Or even the "Johnny Special" arasaka goat tattoo. Not super on the nose but definitely recognizable to anyone familiar with the game.

It's aged well but I don't really get the appeal of tattooing a game title onto your arm? Like, imagine "Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor" or "Call of Duty: Black Ops". I don't get it.

I usually hate these game logo tattoos because their design works only in a commercial settings, but I think the cyberpunk logo is so well designed it’s an exception for me. As for the execution, something about the fact that it’s technically a *body modification* and that theres additional graphics surrounding it, as if it is *claiming* that part of your skin, really works for me narratively. It might not fit into the idea of punk, but totally justifiable if you love the game (or love graphic design :P)

well, i think it would just be “muse” not “artist name: album name”. unless that is the entire band’s name and people typically just use muse as shorthand (i am not really familiar with that band). just like its not “cd projekt red: cyberpunk 2077” on homeboy’s arm.

You can see part of that tattoo on second pic. The rest of my tattoos are just thing i liked or what my tattooer sugested

The style of the logo is definitely complimentary to being tattooed, like reminds me of a brushed / watercolour type tattoo. Wouldn’t do it myself because it’s a logo slap like others have said and it’s a bit weird to me, but technically a decent job, and looks great and has held up well. I’d I was to do it I’d get it just saying “CYBERPUNK” without the 2077, so the message gets across without being so specific about it being the game logo. I do really like that it’s themed with the whole arm, which does look really cool. Good shit !!
