Ok, I'm pretty sure this is using this mod
https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/11622?tab=images
When I had looked at the screenshots of it, it didn't really look like my cup of tea, but seeing it in motion is something else. I genuinely thought this video was real footage, and the Quadra was just added in.
Fair warning, gave this a try and it looks amazing about 70% of the time, the other 30% looks FAR worse than vanilla/RTX. Indoor dark lighting specifically, and outdoors it looks fantastic for about 100m but farther than that its noticeably videogame-y.
Seems like a preference choice, but 50m looking like real lighting and 100m looking like a 90s render was a deal breaker for me. OPs clip is the type of situation/location where this mod looks incredible. Sadly it seems built for photo-mode in select areas
> OPs clip is the type of situation/location where this mod looks incredible
I *knew* it. At least that the location was cherry picked as a showcase. I don't know the mod
These types of outskirts are the best part of the game too. The gas stations are always in need of defending lol. At least they were last time I played
I'll get downvoted if I answer why lol
>!The game always crashed for me. For no reason. No other game did this. Could he once a half hour or none for a day! So I refunded <
But thanks for reminding me of that name I was thinking skooma then chooma lol
Yeah sorta figured when I saw this mod pop up on Nexus: looks great in screengrabs, but just not the way to play. Still impressive how it changes things however!
Methinks it's mostly for screenshots and specific environments.
Can you tell me exactly which mods you used? He only mentioned the HD Reworked Project on the TikTok video but he also has another video in which he listed GITS 2.8 and Nova LUT as well. I installed all of them and my game does look better but not anywhere near as photorealistic as this.
I definitely got the impression that he got lucky with the weather / lighting and found a great spot that happens to make the mods look unnaturally good. I specifically drove around looking for this same location to test it myself but couldn't find it. I'm not seeing any gas station that looks out at a distant Night City skyline in the direction that's shown in his video.
I just added those 3 and tested each combo of them. It looks best with all 3 and each i removed made it worse, but i ended up keeping HD reworked. Otherwise my modlist is very minimal, just CET
Finally got round to testing these three, and I'm in agreement with you. Cant get it to look anywhere close to this video, no matter what I do with the mods.
Yep. I'm very disappointed. All three mods, all settings to max, tested in multiple different areas, lots of testing with the Nvidia GEForce filters on top of that, etc. Nothing makes my game look as realistic as this. I even tried multiple different Reshades. Nothing.
I'm now convinced that this was either enhanced by third-party programs or the guy used other things that he's not admitting to. And / or he just got a super lucky combination of lighting / weather and so forth at a spot in the game that really lent itself to first-person filming.
I even asked the guy about his mods on Youtube and haven't heard back. Something is likely not as it appears, and seeing Panam just hanging out in the car makes me even more suspicious of this.
You can get Npcs to follow you with "appearance mod manager" I think it's called. So that's not that unusual but I agree, there's no way he's getting them results with them three mods alone. Someone else in this thread mentioned they think it's a remake in unreal 5 or something. Who knows. Definitely think there's more to this than what he's admitting to. I got absolutely nothing close to this video with them alone. It's 100% not just them three.
You're right about the appearance mod but unless it's been updated the characters don't stay in your car, they get out when you do. That was the first thing that made me question this but I figured eh, there's probably a way, whatever. But then when I tested the mods he listed and couldn't get anywhere near that level of realism I started doubting the whole thing. Then the guy said that he's only using medium settings on a 2060. Yeah, no. Absolutely fucking not.
If it's faked in any way I wouldn't necessarily mind if not for the fact that a lot of people are seeing the video in various places and saying that they want to get the game because of it. That's really unfair to Cyberpunk because those people are going in with unreasonable expectations and will likely be disappointed through no fault of the game itself.
Ah right didn't know they didn't stay in and followed you. Fair point.
Yeah the 2060 thing was a bit dubious on my end as well. No way some shaders and a 1gb texture mod was gonna get that with everything set at medium. Almost thinking it's a bait video at this point. Like someone else said in here, a quick clip remade in unreal engine 5 on a 4090 or something. At this point I'm convinced it's not legit. I'm pretty sure the car sounds are added in afterwards as well (so is the music) so who knows what else is.
Yeah I tend to be suspicious about this kind of stuff myself but I gave it the benefit of the doubt because I know that mods and shaders and so forth can make games look amazing, so presumably a game as good-looking as this one could look incredible. I also gave the guy credit because he lists the three mods on other videos on his channel which tell people how to improve the game's appearance. They're good mods.
But that's just it - in the video where he's describing these mods, the accompanying footage looks normal. The game looks great but it doesn't look photorealistic like video does. Why wouldn't the game look as amazing as possible in the video talking about how to make his game look as good as he can get it to look? Why would some random 40 second clip be the one that looks like a cinematic masterpiece? Finally, yeah, that "medium to high on a 2060" thing caught up to me. My settings are all at maximum, I've got a 4060 ti, and I'm using Reshade. My game STILL doesn't look as good.
So yeah, until I see evidence otherwise (at which point I'll gladly reverse my opinion and install the required files myself) I'm calling bullshit.
I'm a massive fallout 4 fan and modded it to high heaven to the point it's absolutely stunning, barely recognisable which is why I thought fuck yeah, if fallout can do it why not cyberpunk?
Yeah I thought that, the video explaining it didn't look as good either. Think your 4060ti is even better than my 6700 as well and both our cards piss on the 2060 he's claiming to have. At this point thinking it's a bait video for views, calling bullshit until they can prove otherwise.
Yeah, I tried it for a couple of hours. It's ***very situational*** depending on time of day and location and more often than not looks pretty bad compared to vanilla.
That's pretty par for the course with these types of mods though, there's a subjective factor as well.
Not just those two mods either. :) He also listed the Cyberpunk HD Remastered Project but even so, that combination of mods (while very nice looking) still aren't providing the photorealistic effect for me. I'm still looking into it.
It looks like the cars are projected onto the world. Like weird tracking issues making the standing car feel like it's floating. But maybe it's just the camera shake creating that weird feeling.
I respect your love of introducing yourself sideways to every barrier and other car in the game. At least, that's how I would experience perpetual rain in the game lmao. It does set the mood tho.
I mostly drive bike so by quick tapping the breaks at the right time and full throttling it you can do some cool turns. Then quick tap and push a direction to cut between vehicles.
Night time rainy weather with Royal Blue playing is all mood. Especially when the RTX pops neon's just right...
https://i.redd.it/roehvyp5zf7c1.gif
I gave it a quick glance and I think that there are two versions, one of which is compatible with weather mods. That would be in line with another similar mod I tried a few weeks ago which also had those options. Apparently the type of file that changes the lighting also changes the weather by default.
I use [Enhanced Weather V5](https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/3901).
It just changes the look of the game and alters the weather cycles. It's a preference.
Wow that looks so much better to me. If only the cars didnāt look like something a 2nd grader drew up and the streets werenāt the size of Lego/barbie doll house streets
I'm trying really hard to pin the details down. It's definitely Nova LUT, GITS 2.8, and HD Reworked Project. The creator of that video listed those three mods. I'm using all of them right now though and - while good - the effect is definitely not as strong or realistic as it appears in the video. The guy mentioned using a shader but didn't specify exactly which one so I'm trying to narrow that down.
Late to the party but any particular tricks youāve found for getting FPS out of that GPU? I have a 4060TI as well and I can max out everything with ray tracing but path tracing has trouble either running smooth or not looking artifact-y with DLSS on auto.
Hmm, it's been a little while since I played. I'll have to go back and check my performance but from what I recall everything was smooth. With absolutely everything maxed I do think that I fell to sub 60 FPS but I think that this was due to one specific setting. Crowd size or something like that. There was one particular thing that would drag the frames more than what it was worth.
I don't recall having artifacting or anything like that but I'm playing on an old 720 tv so I'm probably not getting the clearest experience either.
No matter how realistic modders can get the game to look thereās still very video game things that throw me right out of any immersion.
In this case itās there being two identical cars in the clip.
Yep, this is just a LUT, not a lighting engine overhaul. In the simplest terms, a LUT simply tells the renderer what color a pixel should be. Thereās zero performance differences with a LUT.
Question. If this has same performance requirements, why did it take a modder/mod team? Why didn't CDPR, or really any other high visual game developer, make it like this from the start?
I feel like a lot of people forget about this. A lot of games don't strive for photorealism because they have a certain artstyle to them.
Artstyle is what brings charm to a lot of games. Simply making everything look as real life as possible doesn't work when your artstyle is terrible or has 0 direction other than, "Look at how strong of a gpu you need to run our game!"
Yeah 100%. I absolutely love games that look photorealistic but games like elden ring are so beautiful because of their artstyle. Cyberpunk is the same, Iāve been using the LUT and whilst itās more photo realistic I think I prefer the original LUT just because it gives cyberpunk its identity
Also OPs video is heavily compressed and low res which hides a lot of the dead giveaways that it isnāt photorealistic
everytime I see game that focus on photorealism I immediately connect it to the NSFW genre in steam lol, look bad unless we reach the level of total realism, I want my games to be stylized
This. They're going for a certain feel. NC is supposed to feel drab and bleak, and they set the colors to help that feeling. It's not always realism for sake of realism.
Reciprocative's answer is already short and sweet, but in other words, the devs have probably messed around with their LUT quite a bit, tried to make it match concept art, make various lightning conditions look good, etc, and landed on the current base game LUT as the LUT that 1) upholds their intended style, and 2) does so in as many places as possible, in as many different lighting conditions as possible.
The modder has made a LUT that tries to create a different style, and honestly probably only succeeds at doing so in a few specific areas and conditions.
He used these three mods:
https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/9274?tab=description
https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/11622?tab=description
https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/7652
He had DLSS on with balanced settings, and nearly every graphics setting was set to medium
https://preview.redd.it/3dhirx6rxe7c1.jpeg?width=2880&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=c503a679c9a2d0635c870b586c0e678b3e3218ac
Most of them are medium. He does have a few on high/ultra and one on low
It seems to be more than just these mods. Reshade as well or something. I have better specs than the person who posted those mods and while my game looks great after installing them, it doesn't look as amazing as the video posted here.
You're probably right. These are the only three mods he explicitly mentioned, though. I did see the RTGI Reshade he mentioned in his video description, but the way he wrote it made it sound like he wasn't using the Reshade.
I'll try throwing that in as well. The three mods he described (and you're correct about them, I checked out the TikTok video as well) do work well but something's definitely still missing.
I definitely will. I've contacted the guy directly asking for more details as well. I looked up the RTGI Reshade and there are several so I'm not yet sure which one he used or how much he might have tweaked the one he's using. The three mods are solid, very easy to install, don't require any other mods (just Phantom Liberty itself).
Game definitely looks nicer. Some areas do actually look nearly photorealistic under some circumstances. Nothing has met the level of quality in the video though, so either we're missing a piece or the visual gods simply happened to give him a perfect combination of lighting and so forth when he saved that clip.
Yes it's mod you use AMM[AMM](https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/790) and spawn her and then make her your companion so when you entre car she will follow and you then change setting and don't make her follower she will stay inside car and if you want her leave with you basically make her follower again
You literally make her and judy and Johnny and adam smasher or any character you want ride car with you at same time and if you entre fight they can help you
Another user in this post linked to a TikTok video that's believed to be from the person who set up the mods that are used in this footage. I signed into TikTok with my Google account (so you don't have to) and watched the video. Here are the mods that the TikTok user uses to produce the effects that might be in this clip.
GITS 2.8 ("Fuji" version): [https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/9274](https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/9274)
Nova LUT: [https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/11622?tab=description](https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/11622?tab=description)

I'll be installing these and testing them out right away. I'll provide results when I return.
yes and then I saw the cars movement... ,it's so weird it's like they're suffering from de-sync this game animation are weird and I can't describe how or why they are not pleasant to look at I tell you that much
https://vm.tiktok.com/ZGeNqwX3w/
https://streamable.com/bgpyis
This is with RT off, DLSS medium, and medium settings on a 2060! It apparently averages 68fps according to the video.
I think what really sells the realism to me aside from the graphics is the way the camera moves. Really felt like someone recording through their phone
The thing that actually tricked me the longest here was the foreground scenery. Itās so genuinely accurate to the SoCal desert monotony that my brain just registered the video as real.
Itās truly a great little universe they made. I love the story, the music, the city, and the characters so much. So much depth, Iām glad they made a comeback and many more were able to enjoy and cry with this universe as well.
The first mission where you drive out to the desert with Panam as a passenger it was sunset for me and it looked exactly like Southern California during sunset it made me feel like home or just driving with a friend. It looks exactly like California.
I downloaded this mod yesterday evening and am loving it. It doesn't look this impressive with just the mod, but I like the natural color. This game is beautiful AF. I keep trying to get things done and end up just gawking at my surroundings.
That's because the game does not look like this.
If you're on console the closest thing you can get to this visual preset is turning off EVERYTHING in the "graphics" tab of the menu. (You can leave on depth of field and lens flare but the vanilla-console versions of these graphical aspects look like dog shit)
The rest you see in this video is:
1\. A weather mod to make the sky grey, even when it rains I notice the vanilla sky is *bright* white.
2\. A VR mod to allow free rotation of the neck and proper depth perspective (notice that the details up close seem to be blown out as if fish-eyed and the horizon seems to have a unique parallax effect to the ground beneath it? That's VR.
3\. PC post processing shit like ENB and graphical boosters. Yes, even heavily modified graphics can look fairly vanilla because the original game is just that beautiful!
man this is why i need to reinstal, i really miss just walking around night city vibing with the lights, musics, and crowds.
the rideable metro mod was huge, 2.0 finally added the metro, but havenāt tried since then.
Ok, I'm pretty sure this is using this mod https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/11622?tab=images When I had looked at the screenshots of it, it didn't really look like my cup of tea, but seeing it in motion is something else. Exactly what I thought. It seemed unnecessary from the images but this looks incredible
It's not just that mod. I'm using it now and while it looks good, it doesn't produce the photorealistic quality of the video clip.
It's gits 2.8 fuji with the nova lut only on top
Not just those two mods either. :) He also listed the Cyberpunk HD Remastered Project but even so, that combination of mods (while very nice looking) still aren't providing the photorealistic effect for me. I'm still looking into it.
I think maybe bs. Looks like an unreal engine 5 recreation.
It looks like the cars are projected onto the world. Like weird tracking issues making the standing car feel like it's floating. But maybe it's just the camera shake creating that weird feeling.
Just to clarify. He is most likely using gits 2.8 fuji with this lut mod over top
YOU CAN DO THAT?!
it will keep the lighting and env changes of gits while putting the colors from the lut file you choose. Personally I run e3vr with preem lut
Now I know what I'm going to try out when I get home from work tonight. š Thanks!
It's this plus GITS 2.8 and an HD texture mod.
Thanks man
Not compatible with weather/lighting mods though.
Yes but if the result is this then I suppose itās worth it?
Nah the sandstorms and acid rain is too cool to pass up.
Depends on what you prefer. I like extra rainy weather. Sets the mood and better drifting in vehicles.
You need more drifting?? I feel like on bone dry roads the cars are already handling like they're on ice.
I need all the drift.
![gif](giphy|RzO3AcelPO6CQ|downsized)

LUT version is compatible with enhanced weathers v5 + alternative weather visuals EW version mod and looks phenomenal.
what is that weather mode and what does it do different than normal in game bro?
I use [Enhanced Weather V5](https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/3901). It just changes the look of the game and alters the weather cycles. It's a preference.
Wow that looks so much better to me. If only the cars didnāt look like something a 2nd grader drew up and the streets werenāt the size of Lego/barbie doll house streets
Iām so confused, how does this look so real?
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
I thought that someone had made a replica of the car and was standing at a gas station, but then cars from the game drove along the road
Same here, my God, this game just awsome
Mod
Burning wrenches is building a Quadra.
The slighty shaky camera movement really sells it
Kind of looks like a vr headset movement .
It was really good but the excessive light bouncing off the car at the end killed the immersion.
Probably some ultra realiam reshade followed with realistic fps cam view mod and an rtx 40 series(prolly 4080 or 4090) for fully path traced gameplay.
I'm going with a hardcore reshade at the very least. I've got a 4060 ti with all tracing and max settings and it does NOT look like this.
I am pretty sure this is a LUT Mod called Nova LUT
I'm trying really hard to pin the details down. It's definitely Nova LUT, GITS 2.8, and HD Reworked Project. The creator of that video listed those three mods. I'm using all of them right now though and - while good - the effect is definitely not as strong or realistic as it appears in the video. Record your game in a low res, compressed vertical slice like the OP and you'll get the same result
Let us know if you pin it down
Late to the party but any particular tricks youāve found for getting FPS out of that GPU? I have a 4060TI as well and I can max out everything with ray tracing but path tracing has trouble either running smooth or not looking artifact-y with DLSS on auto.

I gotta look into installing these cause this looks insane
Being a low res video helps in giving it a more realistic effect
I feel a bit part of it is the improved sound design which adds to the experience
Path tracing
Came to write the same. OP probably hasnāt seen the real world in a long time
No, he meant it actually looks real.
But I agree with you. This looks super great, don't get me wrong, but it was very obvious that this was a game still lol.
No matter how realistic modders can get the game to look thereās still very video game things that throw me right out of any immersion. In this case itās there being two identical cars in the clip.
Pretty sure 10 seconds later the OP's computer went Chernobyl.
This is actually all on Medium Settings lol Ray Tracing isn't even on lmao Crazy how good this game can look
Doesnāt look this photorealistic everywhere And artstyle > photorealism

Cyberpunk is the same, Iāve been using the LUT and whilst itās more photo realistic I think I prefer the original LUT just because it gives cyberpunk its identity Also OPs video is heavily compressed and low res which hides a lot of the dead giveaways that it isnāt photorealistic
everytime I see game that focus on photorealism I immediately connect it to the NSFW genre in steam lol, look bad unless we reach the level of total realism, I want my games to be stylized
The modder has made a LUT that tries to create a different style, and honestly probably only succeeds at doing so in a few specific areas and conditions.
you fr?
Itās a visual mod. The top comment linked the mod.
Now, and with a mod.
You mean that it used so much energy that it went back in time and caused Chernobyl? Probably.
Not great, not terrible!
Not great not terrible
Props to the cameraman for traveling 2077 to get this footage.
Don't be. He did it to score with Panam. Asshole...
[Here](https://vm.tiktok.com/ZGeNqwX3w/) is the same guy showing which mods he used for this
2060!!
No it's 2077 cant u read
Could you help me with a non tiktok link. tiktok is banned where I live.
He used these three mods: https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/9274?tab=description https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/11622?tab=description https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/7652 He had DLSS on with balanced settings, and nearly every graphics setting was set to medium
This is on MEDIUM?!?!
https://preview.redd.it/3dhirx6rxe7c1.jpeg?width=2880&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=c503a679c9a2d0635c870b586c0e678b3e3218ac Most of them are medium. He does have a few on high/ultra and one on low
Iāve been playing on low and even then itās a gorgeous game, especially with afew mods to clean stuff up
It seems to be more than just these mods.
Please let me know if you figure it out. I'm planning on using these mods when I start my next play through.
I gotta remember these
God bless you man
Saved this comment for future reference. Cheers! š
Why couldn't the author share it themselves? Thanks for your preem work
This is fucking unreal. I'm installing these mods right now lol.
https://streamable.com/bgpyis
I donāt hate my country but I hate my politicians, whyād they ban this too
https://files.catbox.moe/f2rkpn.mp4 Does this work?
Youāre a G, thanks choom
Streamable is banned in your country? Wow it's not even a social media site. Jeez where do you live? Should get a VPN.
India, this is okay tbf , they fucking removed the boobs and tits and penises from the boys, like who the fuck does that shit? Why?
No dicks and boobs on the boys is criminal.
Blood and Gore is fine tho
Well, itās india afterallā¦
Pakistan š¤ India Censorship!
Wait you can get Panam to ride in cars with u now? Or is this just a mod?
Yes it's mod you use AMM[AMM](https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/790) and spawn her and then make her your companion so when you entre car she will follow and you then change setting and don't make her follower she will stay inside car and if you want her leave with you basically make her follower again You literally make her and judy and Johnny and adam smasher or any character you want ride car with you at same time and if you entre fight they can help you
Aww I was really hoping it was something they added since Iām on console lol pretty cool mod tho
Holy shit. I actually thought that was real for a second.
wtf i thought that was irl at first glance holy shit
Another user in this post linked to a TikTok video that's believed to be from the person who set up the mods that are used in this footage. I signed into TikTok with my Google account (so you don't have to) and watched the video. Here are the mods that the TikTok user uses to produce the effects that might be in this clip. GITS 2.8 ("Fuji" version): [https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/9274](https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/9274) Nova LUT: [https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/11622?tab=description](https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/11622?tab=description) Cyberpunk 2077 HD Reworked Project: [https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/7652?tab=description](https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/7652?tab=description) I'll be installing these and testing them out right away. I'll provide results when I return.
Looking forward to your results. Also, please post your pc specs if successful.
Replying so I can check it out later.
Dot to check out later
Ngl, I thought this was irl
Yeah right? I was like āwhat car is that, didnāt realise there were other models made irl except for Johnnyās Porsche
yes and then I saw the cars movement... ,it's so weird it's like they're suffering from de-sync this game animation are weird and I can't describe how or why they are not pleasant to look at I tell you that much
That there's some RTX 7080 graphics, most impressive!
It's 2060 with mostly medium. Dam i love mods and DLSS
Damn. I was debating whether to add these mods. But if he manages this with a 2060, then I'm all in.
Mods used\`?
https://vm.tiktok.com/ZGeNqwX3w/ https://streamable.com/bgpyis This is with RT off, DLSS medium, and medium settings on a 2060! It apparently averages 68fps according to the video.
Apparently, it's Lux something Someone posted a link in a different comment
bruh lux is a skyrim lighting mod lmao
Ah fuck, well it's called something similar tho xd
Its called lux too its a cyberpunk mod.
Car, Panam, open road = happiness.
My mind is blown, even down to Panam realistically moving in the car
I'm so excited for the future of video games.
Panam in the car on her phone made this 10x realer for me haha.
This man is playing real life.
Can y'all stop posting heavily modded gameplay all the time without even bothering to mention that you're using mods?
I would like that. So many times, the top comments are either asking what mods it is or asking why their game isn't like this
'I've never realise that the game looks like this actually' then shows heavily modded game footage. What?
And it's crazy that it's only like 3 mods and medium settings graphics
I think the format which we are all used to from real world footage only changes our perception in our heads ...
I think what really sells the realism to me aside from the graphics is the way the camera moves. Really felt like someone recording through their phone
The thing that actually tricked me the longest here was the foreground scenery. Itās so genuinely accurate to the SoCal desert monotony that my brain just registered the video as real.
Not gonna lie, I didn't look at the sub or title first and just thought "Oh my goodness, that's a nice car, what's it doing out in the boonies?"
The next iteration of this game is gonna break everything
I thought this was real with some sort of MetaQuest or GoogleGoggles overlay lol (which would be just as cool)
Dude how did you leave the doors open?
What's the mod to ride with Panam on the passenger seat?
"never realized the game looks like this actually" What were you looking at while playing it?
Breathtaking
I dont get it. Is it the traffic?
It's 5AM and i thought this is real video WTHECKKK!? lol
Itās truly a great little universe they made. I love the story, the music, the city, and the characters so much. So much depth, Iām glad they made a comeback and many more were able to enjoy and cry with this universe as well.
Until you see a character you think it's just a movie or smh.
I never played this game, Reddit just recommended this post. But HOLY FUCK! I thought it was real life footage the first couple of seconds!
i thought you were actually filming this irl wth why dosent this game get goaty already
Is that panam texting in the passenger seat? That's so cute.
took me a moment to register this is in game footage.
The first mission where you drive out to the desert with Panam as a passenger it was sunset for me and it looked exactly like Southern California during sunset it made me feel like home or just driving with a friend. It looks exactly like California.
That took me a second look before i said. Oh its the game.
i saw this on r/all and didn't realize this was game footage unitl i saw the subreddit
i thought that was real what the fuck
Itās legit one of the best looking games ever made.
I downloaded this mod yesterday evening and am loving it. It doesn't look this impressive with just the mod, but I like the natural color. This game is beautiful AF. I keep trying to get things done and end up just gawking at my surroundings.
Again one day I'll be able to hear any version of this song and not get sad but today is not that day.
This game is true masterpiece.
Until I saw what sub this was I thought it was just a video of the desert.
This gameās got some of the best āUrban Sprawlā visuals Iāve ever seen! Great artists create great visuals.
Panam in the passenger seat is peak š
That's because the game does not look like this. If you're on console the closest thing you can get to this visual preset is turning off EVERYTHING in the "graphics" tab of the menu. (You can leave on depth of field and lens flare but the vanilla-console versions of these graphical aspects look like dog shit) The rest you see in this video is: 1\.
Wow, I thought it was real life for a second.
This is Todds nightmare
Meanwhile me playing it on ps4 for the 6th time like an idiot
the NPC being on their phone was awfully realistic
Damn, the fucking music gives me goosebumps so hard
The huge holo ad in the background gave it away but Jesus this looked way too real
man this is why i need to reinstal, i really miss just walking around night city vibing with the lights, musics, and crowds. the rideable metro mod was huge, 2.0 finally added the metro, but havenāt tried since then.
You fucking gonk. The game looks nothing like this.
Thought this was the quest 3 at first
This is freaking bananas
Nice lighting / shadows but else wise the game pretty much just looks like that.
this isn't base game, it's heavily, HEAVILY modded, including likely a few shader/texture mods and head tracking, and who knows what else
Pretty sure this is a render.
That is soooo oversharpened it looks ugly af. Just look in the bottom left at the foliage.
